The room temp was set at high - it felt like 23 or 24 degrees - when i rang down to ask where I could change it - I was told i couldnt its set high for winter. So hot and the windows dont open so I ended up leaving and getting a room elsewhere - lost my $ for the second night - not worth it! Air con set hot, no opening windows.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Also quite spacious The staff didn’t know what they were talking about. Didn’t listen when answering their questions. Also had no idea that the restaurant and bar were not open on a Saturday.
