Location was perfect. Loved our room. Very polite, friendly and professional staff.

Good location, that’s about it. Walls are so thin you can hear people in the other rooms word for word. Partying until 3am, don’t stay here if you want to get some sleep.

Location was great. Very kind staff Excessively expensive for what it offers. Literally basic . Room very small, breakfast hall only a few tables ,too small for the size of hotel, nothing but a bar inside the hotel, no healthy food options. Way too expensive. My card was charged for deposit amount which is not returned on departure and now I have to start requesting back with my bank. I paid room with breakfast but was charged breakfast . Absolutely not proper.

The location was great, the room was nicely designed and very clean. Staff were friendly, but this is normal in Australia, where standards of service are high. I recommend the place. We had to wait rather a long time at checkin, which is unusual for a place with these aspirations. It was mid-afternoon. They put an extra sofabed in the room for the children, but unfortunately it was very uncomfortable and creaked all night. They just need to upgrade the quality here.
