Boutique Eco Hotel Sasanka

Our stay in the hotel was great. Food was the best ever! Everything clean, stuff nice. Only a noise from the near heat pump was a little bit irritating.

Well maintained lodging handy to the railway station. The spa and pool were very clean.

Excellent hotel, located within walking distance to the train station (Szklarska Poręba Górna), and also within walking distance to the city centre, with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, and also great starting point for the mountain hiking (Karkonosze, Góry Izerskie). My group got a nice apartment (with a private bathroom). The breakfast was just excellent, great selection of meat, cheeses, vegetables fruits, yoghurt, muesli, etc. honestly, one of the best breakfasts I have had in any hotel... I travel quite often across different countries in Europe, and I can tell that the breakfast and also breakfast room in Eco-hotel is exceptional - some chain hotels should take the example... Very professional and nice Staff - they have offered a nice discount, as the swimming pool was closed on that day when we were visiting (and we were staying for one night only..). I find it as a very fair gesture. Definitely, will stay in this Hotel during my next visit in Szklarska Poręba. n/a

Everything was fine

We had a very pleasant stay here. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent — tasty, varied, and with a good selection of dishes. The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were friendly, and welcoming. Also, they arranged the beds together as we had requested, which we really appreciated. The hotel is also filled with beautiful potted plants, giving it a very homey and calming feel. The sauna is only open from 4 PM, and this information wasn’t clearly mentioned anywhere in advance, which was a bit disappointing. Also, getting a massage was nearly impossible — bookings are only available same-day from 9 AM, and by the time we arrived at 9:30, all the longer time slots were already taken. It would be great if reservations could be made in advance or more time slots were available.

After a few years we visited Szklarska Poręba again. The hotel met our expectations: good communication with the reception before arrival, nice welcome, room with balcony, good breakfast. We will be happy to return.

Breakfast, good sized room, swimming pool

Breakfast: Breakfast had a good variety, but the single waffle machine caused long queues of 15-20 minutes. Staff: The staff was friendly and helpful with all questions. Dinner: Dinner offered several meal options. The dining facility was spacious and comfortable; however, drinks had to be purchased separately. Parking: The hotel had limited parking spaces, so we had to park at a nearby train station, a 5-minute walk away. Shower: During peak hours (7-9 PM), only lukewarm water was available. Spa: The pool opened at 10 AM, but the sauna and hot tub were not available until 4 PM, which we did not expect. Train station: Trains passed nearby, but fortunately, they did not run during the night. Other guests: The hotel was hosting a large group of guests who were very loud during dinner and in the hallways.

Thank you for a fantastic xmass stay. It was trully wonderful. We really enjoyed the swimmig pool facilities, room was nice with comfy bed. Breakfast good variety. Great location. You need to train your staff to be more customer focused. They lacked basic knowlege and customer skills. We asked for the baby feeding chair. Waitress said she does not know where it is and walked away, not event trying to located it. There were more exaples but do not want to ruin a good review overall.

Thel staff was helpfull and likeable, the general outlook was fine, available facilities was ok. There was one disturbing thing. The luggage storage was accesible to anyone who asked. No one was checking what is put inside or taken out. I was confirmed by staff that there were never any problems with stealing or damage but anyways i didnt feel safe about my belongings. There were also some details that may be fixed, eg. leeking shower or cupboard top in the room. The wine room was theoreticly open but thete was no one to serve drinks. That was disappointing.

Breakfast was great, the location is good if you travel by car, otherwise, you'll have to walk a little bit. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean and well-furnished. We had no issues with the noise isolation. Parking is paid extra. No mini fridge in the room. The mattresses were a bit stiffer than I prefer.

Everything was just perfect the staff where friendly the breakfast was outstanding and the facilities where super the pool and spa area where very clean and never busy so you could enjoy a swim and relax after walking. There was nothing not to like.

Good location nearby the train station, not in the centrum, close to touristic routes. Nice swimming pool, if you prefer pool it is good choise. If you prefer sauna, think twice. Very good and rich breakfast - Swimming pool open at 10 so you can not go for swimmig before breakfast - Sauna starts at 4 p.m., which means they turn it on at 4.00 do it is ok to use between 4.30 and 5. - No possibility to cool down after sauna ! No cold pool or ice, even the shower is not possible to set as cold ! It still goes warm.. If you really like sauna and want to choose this hotel for sauna as well, better choose other. - some rooms (such as mine) have windows right to the train. You should know that or ask for the one with windows to the other side.

Nice accommodation, everything clean and tidy. Rich breakfast including fresh waffles. A large pool with salt water, a beautiful whirlpool.
