Breakfast was good That kids need to leave the pool by 8pm and weekend by 9pm

everything looks brand new. the food was ok. my biggest issue was that i keep kosher and not everything was labeled so was hard to know if i can or cannot eat it. that said, i would like more not meaty options. the pool was nice. would be nicer if they warmed the room a bit more. what really bothered me was the small play room for the kids, which also had video games so they kids immediately focus on that. i would prefer to separate to different rooms. we dont come there to play games. but nice that it is close to the breakfast hall so the child can play and you can eat and keep an eye on him/her. as stated above, food wasnt labeled enough. pool hall not heated enough. and play room had computers which got my kid's attention instead of disconnecting from the computer.

The spa area is great and we loved that they held adult only hours There were no amenities and you can’t contact staff from your room

They charge for parking, and the hotel is located on a street where parking is not allowed. It's not very nice to be forced to pay for parking, especially since there are no other options available.

Wellness AVOID THIS PLACE!!! VERY NOISY FROM EARLY MORNING - 3 constructions sites around, so you can’t avoid the noise. WORST BREAKFAST WE EVER HAD IN A RESORT - old pastries that tasted like rubber, food tasted like several days old. ELECTROCITY CUT OFF - we couldn’t use facilities in a room including hot water and bathroom whole night and morning. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF SERVICE, especially hotel manager when tried to resolved the issues. We left this place after one horrible night … I must add reaction on manager's answer. That's just bit LIE!!! We just got back money for the second night which we refused to stay (AND DIDN'T STAY), which you have been refusing to pay for more than 2 hours. No compensation was paid!!!

Everything except of location was great. It is too far to all the spots, without car you cant do walking, hiking.

Completely new object on a map of Karpacz. Everything is clean and nice. I enjoyed a lot multiple saunas. The variety of food for breakfasts and diners was satisfying. I liked the peaceful view over the mountains. I still feel like value for money does not correlate.

Nice facilities, great breakfast, good location, friendly staff- they checked us in much earlier ?? Spa is smaller than we expected, and can get quite crowded.

At the hotel reception, no one could find our reservation. We were told that the apartments did not apply to the hotel but to a private person. I received many messages from booking.com and the host's contact turned out to be the contact at the hotel reception not to apartment owner. We spent an hour at the reception with the children before we found the apartment number and door code in one of the emails. There was no information on which floor the apartment was located and we had to look for it. One more note... if you rent a place for 4 people, I think there should be 4 chairs to sit at the table and eat a meal together. When taking a shower, water poured beyond the shower tray onto the entire bathroom. We are very disappointed with the lack of customer care.

Both the rooms and the public spaces of the hotel are very nicely furnished; breakfast choice was very good; we were pleased with some side activities like llama walk on the hotel’s terrace Asking extra money for parking at place like this feels like a rip-off; the room was too cold, so much that we all got cold during our stay and one child got seriously sick; the restaurant isn’t quite as good as the hotel’s website wants you to believe
