Was close to railway station and buses to other areas of the city . Was clean and staff friendly . Carpet was a bit grubby but all else was clean .

I love the location of the property. It was super close to the train station, which made transportation super easy. The staff was also super helpful. My shower was clogged so it would flood the floor of the bathroom. The bathroom was also slightly out of date.

It’s right by the train station and bus station. Everywhere becomes a convenient location to get to when staying at this hotel. Night time noise is still quiet despite the location.

During my stay, I was surprised by clean the hotel was compared to the review. The location is very convenient, as it’s very close to Taichung Station they did not provide towels, even though I had booked a room that included them.

Location, price. The bed was too hard for me and the pillows couldn't support side sleepers like me enough.

Near at train station and mall. The floor is very dirty even the bedsheet and pillow case have red stain.housekeeping lady is not good in cleaning we stay for 2night she only change towel but only 1towel even the guest is 2persons we always need to contact the receptionist also she did not clean the floor. Very dissapointed i dont know why is this 4star hotel . But its look like hostel. Breakfast every moring not so good no egg only a little variation for buffet .

Location will be the highlight as it is next to Taichung Railway Station and close to famous landmarks of Taichung City. You can join the Railway's walking tour to get a glimpse to the city's history which was a plus point. The receptionist team which assisted us were very helpful and understanding. Good customer service. We were grateful for the upgrade. Breakfast were satisfactory, provided congee, toasts, noodles, coffee, tea and soy milk to name a few. We had to change rooms 2 times as the first 2 rooms were not clean. The 3rd room was better in terms of cleanliness and the only down side is the bed was not comfortable and felt very old. Receptions did not fuss over this and gave us an upgrade.

The only thing I like it the location of the hotel My room supposed to be non smoking room, however it was obvious that someone smoked there. I have asthma and I could smell the cigarettes, the drapes also had cigarettes burs to it. There was also black mold in the washroom.
