Loved the location and the theme. The room was clean and comfortable and the common area was large and quite. I hated self check-in. Sat outside the hotel trying to figure out how to open the hotel door for 1/2 an hour. There's no number to call, only can text, no one to help you and feels very frustrating to have just lists and lists of instructions on the door and website ( all in Chinese) and no one to actually talk to about your problems. Besides the frustrating entrance and also frustrating check- in process ( yes there's the fun of doing it all over again at 3pm when you actually go to your room) the pods are not sound proof. The door to the room and door to the lockers both make lots of noise, even at 3 am. So I got to listen to every guest enter and leave while trying to sleep. Not fun. I'll pay more for a room that I'll actually sleep in next time.

The location is perfect, right next to the Taichung train station so makes it very convenient for the trip. The staffs were super nice and allowed us to drop off and leave the luggage before check in and after check out. There is a coffee machine and cold water refill which is a big plus. More shower rooms would be nice, but it's very minor thing. I don't think there is anything that is a red flag for the place. It's worth the price

Ok so it's a capsule hotel, so yes, you can hear everyone moving and rolling over in their capsule bed; so if any noise bothers you, why are you staying in a hostel????don't complain about it on your reviews, just get a hotel. One critique I might have is the card doesn't always work the first time; on multiple occasions I had to move the capsule card around on the pad for 20-60 seconds until it unlocked.

Great location, bed pillow and blanket were comfortable, good shampoo and bath gel. Staff was nice. Lack of place to self washing clothes and hang clothes.

Price was not terrible They charged my card and then refused to check me im because of errors in their website. The staff left at 10pm but they said i could chexk in at 11pm. I spent hours messagimg them. I could not get in until 3am theywould spend hours to rrply to each message. Illegal behavior. Even if it happens a lot in asia.

The hotel is easy to find. We were able to stay in the reception area early in the morning even check in is at 3pm. We left our things so that we can roam around while waiting. Capsule was clean and smells clean. Bathroom was equipped with hair dryer, body soap, and shampoo. No need to bring towels as well. The reception has some candies, drinks (coffee, tea, hot and cold water, hot choco), spoon, fork, chopsticks, cups, tissue. This is a great place to stay even when your solo or couple or friends. The capsule for two was also good enough for its size. Hotel is also near Taichung stations (bus, train). From the airport its only a bus ride then just walk towards the hotel. There's a number of convenient stores as well near the place. One of the staff (cleaner) did not assist the other guest even if they are looking for a staff. I feel that it's not yet her shift that's why.

Friendly staff, located next to the train station. The cubicle is private and spacious for sleeping and leisure activities The cubicle doors are a little flimsy.

It was very clean and the location was very convenient. They have a very nice common space as well.

Nice and quite big capsule, kind and helpful staff. Modern and clean. Little bit too hot and no power socket. Only one USB-A port.

The Cleanliness and everything is All gOod ?? .i think those outlet that doesn't work,.... We traveler's need to charge our gadget but the outlet doesn't work..
