The room is too small with no closet and centralised AC. The laundry room opens from 7am to 9pm.

Family room was cute with a big bunk bed. Hotel had snacks and coffee. If you booked with breakfast, the breakfast location is at their hotel 1 location a few minutes walk away. Free to use laundry washer and dryer, you just need to buy the laundry detergent which I think was 50? NTD.

Super close to Taichung TRA station within 5min walk. The facilities were excellent. Staff was super friendly and professional and they even provided me a takeaway breakfast when I had to leave super early one day. Breakfast was delicious too. Nothing much.

breakfast was simple and delicious -a choice of sandwich and drink. very clean room, kids love the bunk bed and bath tub. would be great if there's more than 1 washing machine and dryer for ease of usage.

Extremely motivated, friendly, and helpful staff. Possibly the most welcome I felt in any hotel in Taiwan. The location is within walking distance from the main station. The room was small but sufficient and clean. Breakfast is weird. The "restaurant" is basically the lobby, across from reception. I did not appreciate ordering my breakfast the evening before and for a specific time. There is construction going on next door and across from the hotel, which made getting to it with luggage a bit cumbersome.

Second visit to the hotel after our trip to Sun Moon Lake. Again lovely room and facilities and central location Staff when we arrived were not as welcoming as the first time and were a bit abrupt when checking in

Amazing hotel within 5 mins walk of the Train Station and Bus Station and 10 from the night market. Modern room with all facilities. Breakfast served in lobby and free tea, coffee and snacks all day and laundry facilities. Recommended. Nothing

It’s close to the train station The room smells The restaurant has not changed the menu for the whole year! I have stayed in this hotel for more 5 times in 2024. At the end of it, very dissatisfied as the quality of service has gone bad.

The place is very near to Taichung station. Less than 4 mins walk. Room is clean, and my kids live the bunk bed. Highly recommended. It is also value for price. Room is a bit small for 5 persons. 4 adults and 1 kid
