The place is quite accessible, the rooms and comfort rooms are huge and clean as well. There’s also laundry room nearby our room, so it’s very convenient. Hassle-free. Most importantly, it’s safe. Only those occupants of the hotel can tap the elevators using access cards. None so far.

The area is very crowded at night. May not be ideal for families bringing children around as it may get squeezy.

very closed to the attractions in the city, convenient for travelling. cozy and clean overall. staffs are friendly as usual. it's better to mention in the guide book in room that deposit applied for the borrowing of the adaptor and socket, otherwise, the guests need to visit the lobby counter for few times to borrow little thing.

The hotel and room were clean, beds were comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient to walk to the train station. Taxi rides to local attractions were short and easily accessible. Water filling stations on each floor help reduce waste of plastic bottles. The room was a little small for a family of four (2 adults and 2 small children under 10 years old). Breakfast is extra but you can find food nearby at local eateries.

I liked the staff and the fact that it has a coin laundry on the top floor. Probably the nicest room thusfar in Taiwan (khaosiung, Tainan, Taipei). The dryer isn't that great and will take forever to dry clothes. I wish there was a clothesline to dry the clothes in the bathroom. Not a knock against the hotel but the area around the station seems like it struggles with beggars and the unhoused.

Location and the stay is comfortable.

Nice size room, clean and has a good view of the city Breakfast can use improvement, should have more fruits and tomato for the salad. Should have more juice like orange juice and soybean milk. Should also have sugar and creamer available for coffee.

Close to train station. Good value.

The room has sliding windows, which open with just small touch with either pillow or blanket.

Breakfast was ok, no orange juice, no sugar for your coffee, no tomato for the salads, wish each dish can be labeled

Socket placements are a bit strange.

Supplies and beds are clean. Location is great. Staffs do not have good manners. When I already stayed for a whole week, and asked for if I can have a late one-hour check-out for free, they were not communicative. I understand with their rules, but not liking how they dealt with it.

My room is on the top floor, hotel stated it would be noisy but not at all as per my experience. Very nice view through the wide glass wall as mine is a corner room. Location is very near to the Taichung Station, 3-minute walking distance. As we only stayed for 1 night, everything is good, nothing to complain about. I don’t know every room is the same or only my room, the flooring at the door area is lower than the rest. Hotel got sticked on signage for guests to be aware. It’s not a big problem to be honest but the fact is that sometimes you might forget and still trip for it.

Very central/convenient location, large comfortable room, VERY spacious shower stall with great view + bathtub, staff are helpful and friendly Ground floor lobby has a permanent dirty toilet smell permeating the entire floor (I feel sorry for the staff). Provided breakfast is bare and substandard.

Convenient to be a block from the railway station and popular tourist bus routes. Very spacious rooms.

Location and size of the room. They provide the breakfast and staff are friendly. Room is clean too. There is a sewage smell (I think) along corridor. May need to improve it. The room is fine without the smell.
