Conveniently located near the bus terminal that we were able to take one bus from Taoyuan directly to the hotel which was very helpful as I had 2 large suitcases and an elderly mom. We were located on the second floor directly above their shipping receiving garage. Was noisy at 1-2 am when the towel and linen exchange truck would arrive

Accommodating staffs. The location is very near the train station. The facilities inside the room is really good. (mini fridge, tv, hair drier, water heater, complimentary coffee, and sleepers) I wish there could be a bidet in your bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Close to the metro, bus, shops etc. It’s too noisy for us. We can the TV sounds next door full blast.

Water pressure is good, consistent water temperature. Spacious room. Probably more lights in the room will be better. It's too dim, there are bulbs but it's not turned on even with all switches turned on. I think it's spoiled. Mattress too soft but more like it has spoiled.

frontdesk staff in morning shift the girl kocated at the information long hair with bangs not accommodating , its too much rude , and when me and my family check out 7:30 am the luggage stay at the lobby She told my husband luggaged stay free Until 11 am Only but the rules in hotel until 21:00 pm .Everytime i had a vacation in taiwan i always choose palmer even this upcoming trip on january i choose palmer but now maybe let me think if i recommend this hotel .

The location is very close to the bus stop for Sun Moon Lake and for Taoyuan Airport. The room was also spacious for 5 people. There's also a balcony with a great view of the street lights at night. A bidet would really be great.

We like that is was just beside Gancheng bus station - very convenient to move around and walkable distance to the famous Miyahara ice cream :). The staff are very friendly and helpful. My husband had food poisoning and they promptly help to arrange taxi to the nearest hospital since I could not follow. The pillow and bed are too soft - we felt like we didn't rest enough. Room had some small bugs crawling on the edge of the floor (not sure what it was).
