No common are to relax at late and early hours. When traveling from overseas we are awake it would be helpful to have another area to relax if on person wants to sleep.

Great and patient staff... Earthquake hit while staff was arranging for a next-day taxi. Didn't stop what they were doing for a moment (although they probably should've). Room was obviously recently constructed (or renovated) : very modern, minimalistic feel. Bathroom had a bidet. Shower and bathroom were all granite and slate. Name was easy for taxi drivers to understand and find on mapping apps. Dark. The room was not well lit. We had to use the emergency flashlight to read the buttons on the room safe. Reading a book was almost impossible (no reading lights). This may not be an issue for most but it was kind of annoying.

Location. Nice bed. Water heater was down for one night. Staff forgot to clean our room one night (we stayed three nights) when we asked them to.

the staff are amazing! Special thanks to Jenny and Eva, who looked after me so well. Will definitely use this hotel when I travel to Tainan again! The rooms are a bit dark, just needs a bit of renovation of the lighting then the issues solved.

This was probably the nicest place I stayed at in Taiwan. I paid a little more here than the other small room hotel / hostels I stayed at (which were generally the cheapest you could get something decent and small). So it was still a great value for the price - if you want to pay just a little more than some places - you definitly get a really nice place for the money. The staff were super nice. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable. The location isn't bad or anything, but it's just on a busy street. The location is nice and close to the train station though. Also some nice restaurants neaby. They didn't have any breakfast, which was a little annoying, as they did have a bar. But it wasn't like they said they had breakfast. :)

Very well located to the train station and major bus stops and within walking distance of Shennong Street and several key attractions. The front desk were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. The free snacks/drinks near the entry are a lovely touch and were much appreciated.

This was our favorite hotel during our 10 day stay in Taiwan. The room was spacious, the beds confortable and the location very convenient. The staff was friendly and one young lady gave us lots of good advice about sightseeing in the city in very good French and English!
