Location, clean, friendly stuff. Being at the prime location in the city, the size of the room is understandable limited. I could use a chair though. Sitting on the bed browsing directly from the AC can get uncomfortable quickly.

Very helpful staff, great central location & bear main train station, lots if restaurants nearby. Bathroom tiles get wet & slippery, a mop would be useful to push water toward drains +or a shoer curtain.

Good location near station, staff friendly and helpful. Noisy room near road, wash basin very low water pressure, dated decoration and reception not staffed from 10pm to 10am

Location is good and very conveniently located. The reception was very friendly and even gave us a list where to find food. The lift is only operational between 10am and 10pm, which shall be highlighted in advance. As my mum who is in her 80s could not take the stair, so we had to wait till 10am every morning before we can go for our tour.

the staff was really kind and show us around. he couldn’t speak English or japanease but he try his best with translate application and even give us good information to eat no supply for team or coffee. and one of the toothbrush was empty

City view as advertised. Good sound insulation by the windows. Good, quiet and effective air-con. Bathroom needs some renovation but not a big deal.

It is walking distance from Tainan train station Building is old and need to take staircase after 10pm (if you are staying above L2)

The staff was nice and helpful and the location is the hotel's most important highlight. Close to the train station and the bus station. Between 6 pm and 10 am there is no staff at the hotel. The room was really cramped and outdated with furniture that can be traced back to the Taiwanese sixties. Therefore very overpriced for what you get.
