Convenient location, not too far from train station, bus stop or tourist spots. The staff was very nice and helpful with clear instructions

Very clean and close to train station. Room for 4 adults with 2 queen size bed had big enough space. The bathroom was big. The shower drain was clogged and the water was draining super slow. Our stay would have been perfect if the draining system was working properly.

It’s very clean for me. The towels, sheets and the pillows are clean. They have a lot of mirrors which I like. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. ❤️ The walls are thin. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Everything else is ok.

Everything was great ! The staff helped us with the check-in when we arrived at 3PM :-) Great location. The only negative point is that you can really hear the people in other rooms

Smooth check-in, and the person in charge was very easy to deal with. The property smelled great all the time—neat and spotless! I’d say this is the best hotel in Taiwan so far. No regrets, and I’ll definitely be back! It’s just a suggestion, but a small signboard hanging outside would make it easier to spot the entrance. Nothing!

The staff were super lovely and even let us check in half an hour early as the room was ready Our hot water for our shower didn’t work, we messaged the manager at 10pm and she promptly moved us to a new room with a fantastic hot water :) Room was spacious Bed was comfy :) and large The luggage storage lockers for pre and post checkout, very useful Location is close to the train station and there’s literally a bus stop outside the front door The walls are paper thin, maybe bring earplugs. Really depends on who is staying next to you. There’s signs everywhere telling people to be quiet at night. We unfortunately had loud people next door.

It was clean, at a nice location, comfortable lighting and had ecerything we needed. Also the room was nice and big. No windows.

The location worked well for my needs: it's near the train station (TRA) and near the central tourist sights. The room was large and had everything I needed. The wi-fi and air conditioning worked well. There was a folder of written suggestions of restaurants and other things in the area which can be useful to travellers. There is an electricity plug near the bed. I slept well. I met a lovely lady on site who was passing through, not sure if she works there or not, but she showed me the lockers where I could leave my suitcase. The room was clean. There is a 7 Eleven shop very near, and many other shops. The bathroom was a bit odd: the sink is in a separate shower compartment (where there is a hand-held shower). So, if you need to use the sink to brush your teeth or anything else, you need to go into the shower compartment which might still be wet. The light switch for the room is by the door. There is no reception and the check-in procedure was confusing at first, because the messages were in Mandarin and I was low on data, and they suggested a different communication channel or app to agree on check-in. But when I said I didn't have it, they agreed to send instructions on Booking, and it was all fine in the end, and in the end they sent some messages in English, which I appreciated.

Bed is big. It has lockers to leave luggage. My experience as foreigner: watch out!! it has no reception, it is self-service and the communication is only in Chinese. Not easy.
