The staff at the reception was very friendly and polite. The room was spacious and clean. No bed bugs. The floor was quiet. The price was reasonable than hotels in Taipei. I recommend it. The nearest supermarket is about 10-min walk away. This hotel is a bit far from the train station (there is a bus stop nearby instead). There is one laundry machine on the top floor. Luckily, I could use that, but in high season, you might be in line for the laundry.

Convenient location, spacious resting floor and tourist support My door pad was broken in total 4-5 times. In other hotels the staff would’ve offered to change my room instead of letting the customer experience this inconvenience multiple times. Despite the friendly attitude, servitude is lacking and training is needed. Because of this broken door I was almost late for my later appointments. The toilet was a bit smelly.

Nil Room was noisy from street noise though they provided ear plugs. The staff wasn’t at all friendly though they were not rude, they are just very detached I would say.

This hotel serves clean and tidy room. To me its the best hotel choice in at this price range in Tainan. i have checked other hotels they are either have comments about cleanning issues or at shitty locations or too old to be served as hotel room....

The staff were kind. The rooms were large and comfortable. There is a huge shared space to enjoy. It’s quite a big hotel but it only has one lift. When I went to check out (from the 7th floor) I waited 25 minutes for the elevator, I had to let 5 full cars go before I could get on. No room servicing on a 4 night stay which means the bins can build up and be quite smelly. I had two cockroaches try their chances as a result. If they left spare bin liners in the room this would help.

room is clean, not huge but big enough for a family of three. Good location, 15min walk from the train station, 5min bike ride. staff are friendly. the lounge at second floor is filled with snack, which is great. there’s a youbike station nearby, makes it pretty easy to get around. elevator is a bit small. Although there’s a sign says ‘ housekeeping at work from 9:30, please be patient’, it’ll still be good to have a bigger or another elevator.

Not fr away from the training station. The bed is comfortable, clean and the water pressure in the shower is great. You can store the luggage in the lobby and the lounge on the 2nd floor is conveninent. The aircon was too strong and not adjustable. The remote looks working but it actually changes nothing.

Hotel has no breakfast included but they have common room (2nd floor) which provides snack, instand noddle, tee, coffee... free. Double room is a bit small but clean. I rented car for 2 days in Tainan so I have no idea how far from hotel to city center.
