great location across Hayashi dept store; waking distance to noodle place; very clean; free laundry washer/dryer—even provide detergent; helpful clerks who spoke English, ordered Taxis, even went out to speak to drivers to make sure they knew where we wanted to go; free slippers; heated toilet seat & heated bidet water; free buffet breakfast—lots of choices, Chinese (siomai, duck egg, fish, roasted chicken) & Western dishes (pizza, pesto, porridge), dessert yogurt, tea jelly with mango sauce; lovely coffee machine with lots of choices—so tried them all: Espresso, Americano, latte, mocha, etc.; quiet, doors so thick; comfortable beds; like desk & chair Can’t think of anything. As we left, a cleaning worker killed a cockroach in the lobby, near the front door. 2 thumbs up for that quick action

Staff very kind and they speak English!! Very well located , parking is a must as it is difficult to park in Tainan, and you can leave the car till 2 pm. Rome is big and comfortable ( we stayed in a business double room). Breakfast is mainly Chinese, you have muesli, yoghurt and bread for European taste .
