Sara was super helpful all the time, made bookings for me, and gave me many tips and plenty of advice, and was so accommodating of my requests. The dorm is very comfortable too, clean, has a window and the beds are large

The owner is friendly and provides a list of restaurants and cafe for reference, the place is clean as well.

It was a beautiful and quiet place in the heart of the town, and easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do nothing, it was perfect!

The staff was very helpful and gave a long list of recommendations and advice for traveling since the area is hard to travel around by bus or train. The all female dorm had a separate key and had a a little storage space. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. The place also has plenty of cafes, beaches and bus stops nearby making it convenient to find things to do. Additionally just down the block there’s a conveniently located laundry mat. The beds don’t have a full privacy curtain, leaving a gap, which made it a little awkward with others in the room.

It was very conveniently located and felt very relaxed. The hosts were exceptionally nice and provided us with lot of recommendations that were all great. Would happily return!

Customer service was very good. Tge staff wete very helpful and provided many useful information where required such as bus schedule ATM location, night market. Love the spacious room. Comparatively more expensive for a backpackers inn. We stayed at Taiwan Youth Hostel in Taipei where the facilities were much more equipped and modern.

Perfect location near the Railway Art Village and bus station! The dormitory beds are super comfy with plenty of space and great A/C. The common area is cozy, especially the couch, which is perfect for relaxing. The owner is incredibly helpful and has amazing recommendations for hot springs. They also provide a fantastic list of restaurants and eateries—I tried four of them, and every single one was excellent!

The owner and staff person were both extremely friendly and helpful. They gave lots of activity and food recommendations and also helped me call local businesses to check their hours or book things for me. The owner even gave me a ride on his scooter to the e-bike rental place because the rental place said to hurry before a tour bus was scheduled to arrive. The vibe was very homey and the owner and staff would often hang out at night and just chat with me about what I did that day and stuff. They were really easy to get along with and it was a super welcoming vibe, unlike the very transactional default of any other hostel or place to stay at. I found myself looking forward to returning to the hostel at night so I could tell them about whatever funny thing happened that day, and I felt like I could ask them for help if I ever needed it during my time there. Also there's a very cute, friendly, and quite big orange cat who lives there (but he's out of sight most of the time). There is a bit of a faint smell in the main lobby area but I think it could be easily fixed if they ventilated it a bit more.

Loved my stay here. Everything was clean, the dorm was very spacious with comfortable beds and the location is right near a bus stop that has buses to the train station and up the coast. English is spoken and Sarah gave me a fantastic introduction to the city upon arrival, letting me know about a free concert that was happening that night which was fun to go to. Big thanks to the guy who works there too (sorry I don’t know your name) who helped me when I had an issue. I took the wrong bus and ended up outside a radar station in the middle of nowhere at nighttime. With no Ubers in the city I asked him over Line if he could arrange a taxi to pick me up. He saw the message straight away and I was in a taxi in no time.
