Good location and price, definitely worth staying. If I come back, I will stay again.

The location was good and the breakfast selection was quite good. The room was cool, so I turned up the thermostat. The temperature proceeded to drop by two degrees in less than 10 minutes! After I called reception they eventually sent someone who started to take apart some of the ceiling!! This went on for a while. I went back downstairs, where staff used Google Translate to tell me there was only A/C!! They put me in a different room with a slightly mildewy shower. I used the comforters from both beds piled together to stay warm. Also no bidet hose.

The size of the bed, breakfast, location, staff attitude and etc. Some equipment in the Gym is not powered, the bike is not very comfortable (good part is: free of charge)

The staff not really understand english and they not really friendly. mayb only 1 from them is ok, so its a bit hard to communicate. Not really smiley face.

Hi this is fraud! Attention! I have paid this morning in CASH to the lady at the reception and the amount had been charged nevertheless to my credit card 2205.00!!! It really is not correct! Please charge it back and check with the lady of the reception before noon. Her english was very good and she was friendly but wanted me to pay in cash! Rgds Ursula Tschanz Hi this is fraud!
