The bed arrangement and room. It was not cozy. Shower system is not good and toilets too

Location was okay, a few things around. Shower had power Advertised as free wifi in all rooms, thats a lie as we had none and when i asked i was told no, its only in the reception which didnt reach our room. The room absolutely stank like smoke even though its advertised as non smoking, everywhere in the room stank of stale smoke from the bed sheets and even in the bathroom. There was no lifts up the flights and we had our baggage. The Check in length was unnecessarily long when it really didn't need for it to be. We were given toiletries that had expired 6 months previous. No hot water, just warm. Just not worth the stay
