Perfect location, just right at the station. the staffs were really friendly and helpful. They helped me a lot with local recommendation and reservation for hida beef yakiniku. the room is spacious, also the bathroom. they also offer free onzen during the stay

The breakfast was very simple, basic & minimal. Coffee facility was not available till afternoon.The location was great, very close to the Takayama Station and surrounded by a lots of casual eateries.

Room is large, comfortable, location is great, within 5 minutes from Takayama JR station. Staff did not let us take out coffee during breakfast time although we did not book breakfast in advance.

Close to the train station and old town. The room was spacious with a big storage which was nice. It was also well soundproof and we had two pillows on each bed which gave us a good night sleep. There was a LED in the head of the bed which we couldn't switch off. With one pillow sacrificed we could have it pitch black in the room. The whirlpools and steam sauna are okay but nothing really special.

The location is just at the station, which is also convenient for going to Shirakawa-go and the hikes. The room was big. The breakfast had many options The spa didn't work

Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many places in Takayama. The room was a bit cold. We wanted heating from the AC, but the central AC has been configured for cooling only, and no one could change that.

Location is great, in the center and close to the train and bus station. Rooms are comfy, clean and big enough by Japan standards, beds were comfy. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok but could have been better.

We only spent one night in the hotel, we were in transit. The hotel is close to a train station but far from the Shinkansen station.
