I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Hana. Everything was great: location, comfort, staff. Although hotel staff speak little to no English, they were all so very attentive and helpful, and communicating through Google translate was no problem at all. Hotel is in close proximity to the bus station that I used every day to travel to different destinations. Nothing - I had everything I needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Very good location. Horribly uncomfortable beds and dated rooms. Included breakfast was laughable.

10 minutes from train station and 10 minutes from the city center. Room was quiet. Washing and drying machines are available for your laundry. Breakfast is so so, a little bit more variety would be nice.

The personal was very kindly, really near to noshi bus center and there are a lot of options to eat Great location and cleanness. Beside the hotel have laundry.

i liked that it was located just in the middle of the Miyagawa Morning Market and the bus terminal. There was a lift so it's great for those who have luggages. Just be ready to pull your luggage from the bus terminal :) Overall, it was okay - simple breakfast, unlimited coffee using a DeLonghi coffee machine, hot water. And the room has basic amenities but at the hotel reception, you can take as much as you need for your room needs. The room was warm enough to get a goodnight's sleep, and the bath tub was perfect for those who cannot go to the Onsen :) Nothing much but somehow the gas from the heater bothered me. But I understood so it's just fine.
