Great location, quiet

Great location, clean, very nice rooms, lack of control over the A/C and thin walls can be a problem... in our case it was freezing all night and I didn't have a sweatshirt with me so I wore 3 shirts... also there is no breakfast/treats service in the summer which needs to be stated on the listing. If you need to communicate with the host do not use the e-mail/messaging service as it is just a bot. Bring coffee creamer, earplugs, and a sweatshirt. Otherwise, it's quaint and nice.

Arrived to the Sarasota room around 7pm after a long day of moving our son into his apartment. After lugging all of our things downstairs to the lower level, we entered the room only to realize it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Trash in the trash can, towels on the floor, bed disheveled. I messaged the property, then called and left a message. After a few minutes, I called again and luckily someone picked up. While they did relocate us, there was no apology nor empathy of any kind from the gentleman on the phone, he simply muttered something about dates getting mixed up. If I was the manager or owner of this property, I would have been horrified and at the VERY LEAST offered an apology. The next morning, we went into the kitchen to check out the continental breakfast of bagels, coffee, juice, etc. as advertised on their website, but there was nothing there. When I messaged the property and asked, they answered (8 hours later) that it was only during legislative session and football season, then went and removed the false advertisement from their website.

The electric plugs in the unit (on the wall) were awkwardly placed. Starting at about 11:00pm, local persons were revving their cars and playing music incredibly loud. Could not sleep while this was happening. There is no counter space in the bathroom. There is no closet or wardrobe in the unit. There is a wood framed device from which you can hang a hanger and the towels and washcloths are on top of it, not in the bathroom. The finishes in the common areas and the unit are nicely done, except the caulking around the shower door and at the floor there. There was no continental breakfast when I left at 7:30 am.

It will be the place we will choose to be when in Tallahassee! We checked in very late and left early but everything was perfect! The only thing I regret is not knowing this place sooner. Just a tip: bring cozy clothing because the air conditioning is strong. Beautiful home.

The only thing that was a little disappointing is there was no breakfast options, but they did include free snacks. Will definitely return.

We came in to Tallahassee to attend our son’s white coat ceremony. This is such a neat place to stay. Clean rooms. Easy check in. Convenient location!

The room was clean, the instructions to get in the place were clear. The hotel felt like a home and was well stocked. Since there were no staff there, there should be an N/A in the question about whether staff were helpful. A staffless venue worked well since I got good instructions well ahead of time. It really is a beautiful place and a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful inn. We enjoyed our stay here. Nice host who provided water and snacks and beverages. The continental breakfast was very good with fresh pastries, bagels etc. Convenient to many restaurants and to the downtown.

Yes, but would be nice to have in room control when too cold.

This is a quaint inn- but the self check in is slightly complicated

It was amazing! Clean, comfortable rooms w/robes and slippers. Snacks, drinks and breakfast pastries provided. Will definitely stay here again!

I loved that on each floor, there was a mini service area - a keurig, small refrigerator/freezer with waters, and a snack basket on the counter. I did notice the shower water wasn’t real hot, but the night manager was on it within minutes, and I discovered it just takes a good solid 5 minutes to get hot. So if you like your showers pretty hot….just give it a few more minutes. Also there is a nice park/walking area right behind the Inn where you can enjoy a brisk morning walk. The entire place felt like a home away from home, and I will definitely stay again.
