It has a great location. It has a very small swimming pool not like the picture on their site. The lobby is dark and gloomy. The elevator stopped while I was there.

It was very new and clean with a fresh look and excellent location. It had very comfortable beds and a great view, along with the good security and spacious room. Staff were very helpful and kind. There was not a lot of variety in the food.

breakfast is rather basic, narrow selection in all sections. no fish (except smoked hering) no fresh salads very small pool small spa - do not expect luxury main dining hall - extremely noisy. very poor acoustic

Room was clean and quiet. Nice towels Good water pressure. A bunch of little things made our experience less than ideal. We payed extra for the Panorama room only to find that the view was of the hotel across the street. And none of the windows open. The Family room had a better view. Room was cleaned at 4 or 5 in the afternoon just as we were coming back from our daily activities so we had to wait outside. The hotel provides large bottles of soap that are attached to the wall. However it seems they're too lazy or cheap to replace them. The soap in the shower was 90% water . Also the showerhead was almost completely blocked with lime scale when we arrived. I had to clean it myself. Sheets were not changed even after we followed the instructions on the card. But what bothered us the most was the staff being so unfriendly. Maybe it's a Georgian thing but to get a smile out of them was next to impossible. No greetings from the bellboy, wait staff or front desk. Just blank stares. Having said that they did provide service when needed.

Modern, comfy, and clean, my personal highlight was the amazing Chandelier of Peace by Lasvit. The staff at the reception was not really attentive. The ordered breakfast was not delivered with close to no apology

The pillows were horrible, way too tough.

Noisy, luggage paths blocked by parked car, no ballboy in the lobby and side doors blocked. We had a massive luggage and had to walk around to find the gap between cars to use the luggage path. Electric socket was damaged and lobby refused to fix. Window on the inner room was broken and the noice from the hall was not isolated. Such a disappointment for a 5*
