A very comfortable and quiet place for a good stay. The room is modern and very well equipped. There is also a shared kitchen. And last but not least, the owner is always ready to help.

A very comfortable place located near to Freedom Square. Air conditioning was a life-saver! Nothing

The room was very modern, clean, and comfortable. It’s in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean when we arrived; however, it wasn’t cleaned during our stay. Also, the towels and linens weren’t changed. Saying that, there was an additional bathrobe and a large towel in the closet. It would have been great if the linens were changed at least once.

Medea, the chef, receptionist and housekeeper is very nice and makes a big effort to please her guests. The location is great, the interior is stylish, it’s great value for money but a couple of things need improvement- see below However I can recommend this place as a great budget option The communication is done remotely via a lady called Maria. She is responsive but the problem is that twice, not once, but twice I went to check in and there’s no one there - you just go to the room and check yourself in. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a hotel in which there are no staff for the majority of the day. Also, another mini gripe, was that the room I reserved for the second night was less comfy than the first, had no balcony or breakfast but was more expensive. If you are going to reserve a room here go for room 3 with cute balcony, although the view isn’t that great this is avery good budget option near to freedom square. Ps. Medea speaks only Georgian and Russian so have you translator to hand!
