Cleanliness. The hostel is not clean and not comfortable.

The only positive thing about this hostel is the absolutely lovely and professional administrator. Such professionals are rare. He solves any problem at any time of the day or night. He is always polite and friendly. His place is in a five-star hotel, not this bedbug-infested hostel. I don't recommend this hostel to anyone! It's terribly noisy at night. Guests don't observe the quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. It's incredibly unsanitary! There are BEDBUGS in the room! The bed was sagging on one side, and I was rolling out of bed all night. They moved me to another room; it had a comfortable bed, but I was covered in bedbug bites. I ran away. BEDBUGS, unsanitary, noise.

All the many negatives far outweigh the positives (if there were any). I have reviewed over 300 accommodations, on both Booking.com and AirBNB over the last four years and this is the very FIRST that I am giving a rating of ZERO. I can easily stay anywhere, including sleeping at the airport, but never have I stayed in such a place (OK, maybe I have, but this was the straw that broke the camel's back!). As with so many hostels in this part of the world, it was, apart from me, full of long-term residents who have established themselves in the place whereas any true travelers are seen as a nuisance. In this case, the people staying there were, I believe, mostly Russians and Indians/Pakistanis. It is probably a cultural "thing", but there is absolutely no consideration whatsoever given to any other guest(s). Typical of these cultures, they talk non-stop, they talk on their phones at every minute of the day AND night, walk in and out of the room all night long, shouting as if they were outside at mid-day, and will hide any kitchenware, such as cups, bowls, plates, in their rooms so that there is nothing for the nonresident guests to use. Trust me when I tell you that you will NOT be able to fall asleep until the very last person in the hostel determines that it is time for them to sleep. In my case, this was around 2:30 AM. When I arrived, the very kind hostess, Ciama (from Nigeria), informed me that there was a Russian guest staying there that refused to leave, even AFTER the police had been called. Additionally, around 12:30 AM, Chiama came into my room and had to, very calmly, explain to one of the guest (Pakistani?) that he must leave the property immediately in the morning. This particular guest was on his phone for 90% of the time I was there. If he wasn't talking to someone, he was listening loudly to music. To top it all off, when I left early this morning, when I walked into the "kitchen", someone had smashed the few available plates on the ground and shards of ceramic were scattered across the...

Great hostel! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a warm atmosphere. Perfect location and great value for money — I’d definitely stay here again!

The girl working there is very nice and sweet. The air conditioning works good. The common area (living room and kitchen) are both very dirty. The bathroom is disgusting. I booked the female room about a week before my arrival. But when I arrived, they already gave my space to someone who extended her stay. And gave me a space in the big mix room with no sheets. It’s horrible.

Exceptional

This was my second stay at this hostel. The price is nothing for the quality and comfort it offers. What truly makes this hostel stand out, however, is the wonderful host. On both occasions, they've been incredibly kind and welcoming. One of the highlights was in the evening when the host generously served a delicious dinner to all the guests, creating a warm, communal atmosphere. It really added a special touch to my stay. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Perfect location If you are arriving by train at night and want a place to sleep, this may be an option. But more than one day is difficult, the room smelled very bad, probably from another guest, the person who received us was not friendly, the bathroom was dirty... it is not the worst one I have been to, but it could improve a lot since the location is perfect.
