Toilet smelled so bad

No reception or receptionist have to go 2 floors and we should carry our suitcases no lift and we were waiting for hours

Overall, everything was very good — clean, comfortable, and I was satisfied with the stay. The only issue was that the bathroom had a window facing the street which was completely transparent. This made using the bathroom quite uncomfortable, as there was a constant feeling that people outside could see you, especially when you were undressed or partially dressed. I hope this can be improved in the future.

Well the property is nice however for anyone visiting you should know that they have a self check service in which after payment they will provide you with the code you can use to enter the hotel as well as the room. I booked my own reservation and made sure to pay online however for some reasons the payment was not successful. They didn’t inform me until I arrived and I told them I’m arriving early so I kept on waiting outside they are not really responsive. I had a better expectation for the hotel and I was discouraged by the fact that they haven’t done their best to address my concerns immediately especially the hotel doesn’t have anyone from the reception inside to assist or even to answer immediately. I changed my plan last minute and changed the hotel after staying the whole hour outside chatting and texting them . I suggested to pay instead cash which I appreciate that they accepted however I couldn’t wait for them even further. I mean for a solo girl traveler I didn’t find it so safe to stay in hotel that doesn’t have receptionists in case of emergencies . So if you are okay with that then go for it!! But hope they address their customers concerns and not keeping them wait or let them initiate or suggest solutions. Not responsive, self check system, don’t answer immediately and solve problems instead made it complicated more

The hotel is one floor only .. it is newly rennovated with spacious cozy rooms .. we enjoyed our stay .. it was fine The entrance to the hotel is a stairs in a building we went up with our heavy luggage in hand to the first floor the stairs need to be rennovated and they strictly need an elevator Because the hotel is nice and fine for a stay .. but the ones who need elevator this hotel need to be reconsidered .. The bathroom shower was always filling with water and going outside to the toilet .. when showering when showering so we used all towels to remove water.

Stylish, spotless clean, quiet (ask for rooms looking into the back yard, namely 2/4/6), well-equipped Beware! No elevator and the hotel is on the 1st floor. There are no men to help you out with heavy luggage :(
