Nice location Nice pool Breakfast could be better

Everything was wonderful, as always. I have been coming to this hotel for the past five years, usually once or twice a year, and it has become my favourite place to stay in Tbilisi during my holidays. I really love the location. The area has excellent infrastructure, with plenty of restaurants, shops and everything else you may need nearby. It feels like the centre of city life: lively, convenient and offering something for every taste. The hotel staff are consistently well trained, welcoming and professional, and the service fully meets my expectations. I am an experienced traveller and have stayed in many international hotels across Europe, the United States and Canada, and I can confidently say that this hotel offers an excellent overall experience. It is not overly glamorous or pretentious, but everything is maintained to a very high standard. I also love the international atmosphere, with guests from all over the world. A particularly memorable detail is that almost every time I stay here, there is a British junior rugby team at the hotel. They are cheerful, bring such a fun energy to the place, and at the same time are extremely polite — true young gentlemen. The pool is one of the main reasons I keep returning. It is clean and beautifully maintained, and the whole area is designed with great attention to detail. There is wonderful sunshine, everything looks beautiful, smells fresh and feels spotless. The music is excellent, the food is delicious, and the towels are perfectly soft. You can simply stop thinking about everything, relax and fully recharge. I rested so well during this stay that, when I returned home, I briefly forgot which floor I lived on. A funny but very accurate sign of a truly successful holiday! Honestly, it is difficult to think of anything that could have been better, as the overall experience was excellent. The only issue occurred when I sent some clothes to the laundry service. Unfortunately, a white mark appeared on a coloured item of underwear, apparently as a result of the cleaning process. It was disappointing, although it did not significantly affect my impression of the stay, which was otherwise wonderful.

The hotel offers a beautiful setting, a good location, delightful breakfast, and lovely rooms. The staff are very friendly, which makes each visit enjoyable.

The staff were professional, well-trained, and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, although some of the facilities felt a bit outdated. The facilities felt somewhat outdated, and overall the price-to-quality ratio was not very good, it seemed overpriced considering the facilities and location.

Nothing that extra-ordinary Hotel is very old and room was dusty and smelly. It was cold and AC heating wasn’t working properly and making lots of noise which doesn’t let you sleep. Hotel has weird “rules”. We bought burgers from nearby Mcdonalds and they said that we can’t eat anything bought from outside in the lobby. We asked them to show us place where we can eat and they said only inside your room, which doesn’t make a sense at all. We paid for this hotel but not allowed to drink even a single coffee if it’s bought from outside. They have “rules” but not meanings behind it. In general, we weren’t expecting such behaviour and such old rooms from a well-known chain hotel. Very disappointed

the hotel itself was generally good. The location is excellent, right in the city center and very close to major attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I would like to start with a serious complaint regarding the behavior of two staff members, Sandro and Erna. Their attitude toward guests was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. In my opinion, they are not suitable for managerial roles. Unfortunately, their behavior significantly damages the hotel’s reputation and lowers the overall prestige of the property. I sincerely hope that management will investigate this matter and take appropriate action.

Loved the location and cleanliness of the place! Ample secure parking at the premises. Found almost everything around the property, including good food, supermarket, currency exchanges pharmacies etc. room was really nice and clean with a great view of mount Stapendsminda and the tower. All in all a great place to stay Nothing at all
