Not the most convenient location for tourists Limited breakfast

the room was clean, spacious, comfortable and the staff were really nice and friendly. although the room was overall clean, there were some marks on the walls, quite afew of them, but cannot say it bothered us the slightest. also the location is not too bad distance wise to the center, but even though its not the hotel's fault, the street that the hotel is located at is not a very nice street to say the least.

Location is quite and close to old town. However, now, there is a construction of main road and there’s no convenient way of accessing the hotel. Outdated plumbing, dirty carpeting.

I felt the lady serving in the restaurant during breakfast was bit harsh and rude. Otherwise the overall stay was very pleasant.

I was only able to have my breakfast on the last day. The coffee was fantastic. But the overall it's good. I couldn't think of anything.

A small and cozy hotel with a good location near the Holy Trinity Cathedral. The rooftop offers a beautiful view, the rooms are spacious, and the renovation is new.

I love the staff, they were very welcoming and catered to your needs at any time. The breakfast was very good and it filled me up enough to start my day touring around the city. My bed was super comfortable. I fell asleep immediately after laying on it! Nothing I could think of.

Location is close to metro station/other public transportations & surrounded by tons of restaurants, cafes and groceries. Well established facility. Profesional receptionist, that is highly hospitality oriented prompted a swift & early check in based on possibility was a blessing after long flight . Clean room & attentive housekeeping, pass my regards to the super lady who took good care of our room. Good breakfast and spacious diner. Hotel Management follow up to residents concerns in tow occasions is admirable. Nothing at all actually.

The food was absolutely delightful! Each meal was a perfect blend of flavors. Overall, it was a good experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking comfort, and great food. There was no one to help us with the baggage when I asked the reception he said you have to carry yourself, specially i was having a two year old with me. I think you guys need to fix this.

The location was really good as it was close to Avlabari metro station where most tours start from. The room was spacious and comfortable, we got complimentary coffee, tea and water. The breakfast had a great variety and everything was delicious. Everything was great, no negatives
