The staff was just amazing, the woman who makes a breakfast for us was very helpful and nice to as. The location is really good. Comfy bed. It is quite old, and needs renovation, there is a smell in the room, more like an old room smell, maybe the smell of the rugs. The Tv is small and not smart.

The staff asked to send the whole amount before I arrive to secure my required room but they dissapoint me and keep promised me until last 2 days of my trip . The manager borrowed $300 from me because one client fled without paying the accommodation amount

Location and attentive staff, wonderful common rooftop with a view. The room wasn’t clean enough with marks on the sofa. It smelled like smoking room. The fridge was broken. The TV hasn’t worked. It was quite cold in the shower, towels were old and nearly bald.

The receptionist was very helpful, friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable, facing the quieter side. It was well furnished, velvet sofa and armchair, coffee table, desk with chair, all comfortable. Great location, still within walking distance to old town. The wifi didn't work at all in my room, so I resorted to the sofa at the reception to use the internet, where it worked perfectly well. On my last day the manager offered to call the internet provider trying to sort it out, but I didn't bother as I was about to leave. I think the room just needs a router extension, basically.

We didn't mind, but if coming with a lot of baggage you should know there is no elevator. Also no air conditioning

The hotel is located in the heart of the city and all the picnic spots (Peacebridge, Cable Car RideFunicular etc) are within walkable distance. Walking around in this place is mindboggling, The staffs are very courteous and caring. Mr. Alexl did a wonderful job in arranging a taxi in the morning to go to Bakuriani and came all the way up to the taxi stop with my suitcase. Keep it up Mr Alex and on the day of my arrival the person at the reception (forgot his name) also was very helpful and he promptly informed Mr Alex to arrange the taxi in the next day morning. The property has everything and the only drawback is it does not have elevator and no indian TV channel. Nothing Specific.

the staff was very friendly i have no idea how they get high rating & 4 star hotel it is most like an old motel the room was dirty and full of bugs the noise from the street and other rooms no elevator the building is too old non comfort bed no wifi in my room
