The location is great and the private parking as well. The breakfast is fantastic, the cook will make it for you at your preferred time.

Excellent choice for a big family. In the heart of Tbilisi, walking distance to every must-see attraction. Just park your car and walk all day. The room had an amazing big balcony, unfortunately noticed it on the last day :))

Everything was more than excellent. Great Location, very comfortable and quit rooms, very good breakfast, excellent WIFI, really great stuff and warm atmosphere.

We stayed in VIP hotel for 2 nights over New Years Eve, check in was easy and smooth, Kaha, took care of us and helped with luggage to our room. Note payment is cash only! Family suit was VERY spacious, our family of 4 could easily invite another family of 4 to stay with us?. Rooms and linen were clean. Kaha was always available to help us out with all the request, special thanks to him. During the night no noises from inside the hotel, practically each floor had only 2 rooms. Breakfast was preserved for each family on the table of the restaurant. Good variety, every day there were changes. Location couldn’t be better, central, everything within walking distance. We will definitely come back. Little thing which will be beneficial for the guests: there is a kettle in the room, but water, tea and coffee not provided.

payment is only in cash, some mattresses were also vintage, noise isolation from a street is not very good

Excellent central location, cosy atmosphere and very nice and friendly staff, especially the guys on the reception - always there to help with any questions or solve the issue. The service is on an excellent level. My family and me keep coming and staying in the hotel every time we are in Tbilisi. I strongly recommend it.

l very good location in the city, right in the center, all attractions are within walking distance. spacious rooms, cozy balconies. pleasant interior, bohemian. We are very happy that we chose this hotel. weak water pressure in the shower, the air conditioner is quite loud

great location, nice staff the bathroom smelled like sewer. During the night, there was some very annoying noise from the rooftop, like heavy rain (but it was not raining). this made falling asleep really hard. there is no elevator and we had to walk 4 flights with heavy luggage.

I stayed here 3 years ago too and would definitely return again. It's a great hotel in a great location and very good value for money. Lovely breakfast. friendly staff. Bathroom had a bad smell but if you kept the door shut and turned on the fan before going in, it was fine. I asked the receptionist on 2 days to call me a taxi but he seemed incapable of using the app on his phone. Before arrival I contacted the hotel to ask about airport transfer and also tours. The info they sent was haphazard and unclear and they kept repeating the same questions I'd already answered. This put me off and I ended up not booking a tour through them. They called me 24 hours before I arrived to ask which day I was coming! Surely that should be clear from which nights I'd booked.

Staff very helpful No elevator so goodluck if you are on the higher floors. Back-facing balcony useless with no view.
