The room is just perfect. Quiet, nice view, super clean. It feels like home and you can really feel the warmth. Super clean and you have a tv so I could watch World Cup ? Nothing. Everything was just perfect.

Everything was top-notch! The breakfasts were very tasty. The hotel was clean, had a great view, and was close to the city centre. But the real pearl of this hotel is its owners — Roman and Larisa. They are the most hospitable and polite hosts I have ever met! We felt completely at home. Thank you for that — we will definitely come back.

We had a very homely stay. Thanks Non

The hospitality was out of this world. The owner made every effort to accommodate, assist and support us while in Tbilis It was slightly farther from Old Town, but the local taxi service, Bolt, works well in is very reasonably priced.

I stayed at Winoterra only for a short while, but it left such a strong impression on me that I’ll definitely be back. The hotel is tucked away in one of the most picturesque parts of old Tbilisi — full of charm, history, and beautiful views. It’s a small, family-run place, and if you want to experience genuine Georgian hospitality, this is where you’ll find it. Roman greeted me even before the official check-in time, immediately made me feel at home, prepared coffee, poured a glass of wine, and treated me to Georgian bread with cheese. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything you might need for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was breakfast, absolutely outstanding. It was homemade, beautifully served, restaurant-level quality, and prepared by Roman’s family. Everything tasted amazing, thoughtful, and full of love, and it was included in the stay! Winoterra is the kind of place that reminds you why you love to travel — warm people, authentic experiences, and memories that stay with you. I can’t wait to return. Nothing

Roman and his family were so eager to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful in the cozy lower-level restaurant/lounge. Wish we could have had more mornings there! A bit difficult to find.

A big thanks to the hotel owner and his family for their warm hospitality and genuine care. Their kindness made my visit truly memorable and special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. N/a

Perfectly clean, comfortable like a 5 star hotel (it even has a minibar, bathing robe...). Good location, perfect breakfast with lots of homemade food and as a welcome free wine tasting with local cheese and bread. Nice view from the terrace. Last but not least - the owner and his family is so welcoming and nice. Georgian people in generally are very hospitable but here it is even beyond Georgian standards. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back. Not that close to "city center" - quite on a hill but we did not mind this. The neighbourhood is very nice and quiet.

We loved the location just next to the hills. The neighbourhood was peaceful and beautiful and it was easy to get everywhere from there. The hotel was well maintained and clean. And there was a fireplace in the breakfast room. It was inconvenient that the breakfast had to be scheduled for a certain time. That meant that we needed to wake up punctually everything morning on vacation. Rooms were definitely very basic and there was a bit cold in the room. The hotel was run by a family and it felt more like a bed and breakfast type of an accommodation. If you are looking for a boutique hotel then this is not the option.

Great location, extremely welcoming hosts. Would visit again.

Very good

1) Hospitality - We arrived quite late (2 AM) and Sandro and Roman ensured that we receive a warm welcome .. Churchkela, Wine, Bread and cheese .. perfect way to start our Georgia trip .. 2) Breakfast felt like dates .. the basement setting in the wine cellar, along with the fireplace, Homemade khachapuri and jams were amazing made with much love by Roman's mother ... Highly recommended if you are looking for a boutique experience with a central location ..

Perfect. This place is exactly the definition of a unique atmosphere. It's a very cozy family hotel with extremely welcoming hosts. We were treated to a welcome dinner (which wasn't included in the booking), and our room was upgraded for free. The breakfast was delicious, with all the food locally sourced and prepared in a small kitchen, giving everything an authentic, homemade touch.

This is a lovely place to stay in an interesting part of the old city. Our room had a balcony with glorious view. The host (family) is very friendly and was able to help us organise a few things (eg. the washing of our hire car). The breakfast is excellent. Very highly recommended. Thank you dear (family) Winoterra.

The owner of the hotel and his mom were absolutely wonderful. They provided us with everything we asked for and more. Upon arrival, he offered us complimentary wine, chacha, coffee and snacks and spent a good hour chatting to us and getting to know us. The breakfast was plentiful and sooooooo delicious, I am still thinking about the marinated chicken :) I know they offer wine tastings, we did not have time for it, however if we did we would have definitely gone for it. He also organised our airport transfer within a reasonable price ,which was very convenient. I would say this is a really great family hotel and is really worth booking it. We were offered a room on the ground floor right next to the reception. I think all other rooms were much nicer, with a nice view of the city, a lot of light and space. Our room was quite dark, since it had only a small window looking over the back of the house. And while it was perfectly fine for one night, I think if we were staying longer than that I would not have been so happy with staying there.
-
We booked to stay two different times at this property but the first stay did not happen because they informed us a week before we were to arrive that they had double booked the room and it would not be available for us. They offered us to stay at a nearby hotel but that hotel was lower rates on booking.com. We found a different hotel, but were not happy about having to make a last minute change.

Everything. Room has great lighting (warm!), good infrastructure, super comfortable balcony - very modern and clean. Nothing

Very nice family, especially young boy who speaks excellent English

Such a great family hotel. First of all, the cleanliness is perfect. Then, the welcome was also unbelievable. They systemically designed this hotel and they know what you need before you tell them. Larissa and Roman, we are very happy to meet persons like you!
