Good location, easy access. The staff are very helpful and speak good english The rooms are a little too small, i can hardly put my stuff. there's no kettle or water in the room but you can get from the water dispenser on the same level.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The receptionist team has three members; two of the male staff were supportive, professional, and helpful. However, one female receptionist was extremely rude, careless, and unprofessional. I forgot my charger at the hotel and have been following up for a long time to get it back. Instead of helping, she gave me unacceptable responses and showed no interest in solving the issue. She even told me, “Call me later, I’m alone now,” and when I called at 8:57 AM, she asked me to call again at 9:00 AM. This attitude was very disappointing and disrespectful. ( Requesting from the management to hear the call between us ) Unfortunately, I lost my charger there, and the hotel staff did not provide proper support to return it. A hotel’s customer service should help guests, especially with lost items, but my experience was the complete opposite. I have stayed in Dubai hotels before, and the level of service and guest treatment is completely different and much better. Good location close to main street, but quite. Fantastic value for this price for budget travellers. Tasty breakfast. Little bit noisy during morning hours due to the size of the room. You can hear door of your neighbor open and close every minute.

the hotel has a great location, 10-15 mins from the busy Rustaveli street, alsthough in a quiet area. Surrounded by bars and restaurants, yet in a quiet corner. the AC system has a hum, even in the quiet rooms, ok though once you get used to it.

central location, attentive staff, 24hr checkin There was smoke smell from the hall that appeared in the evening, despite of the receptionist telling me smoking was forbidden. The room is too small, and mind you, has no closet! You have to ask for amenities like a hairs dryer. The breakfast was mediocre, and the staff couldn’t refill the stations in time. The food choice was poor: watery scrambled egg, oatmeal porridge, stewed eggplants, nuggets, boiled eggs, two types of ham one of which was with too much fat, soggy veggies, stale apples, some margarine based pastry. And of course some milk and flakes. So I paid $10 for two pieces of cheese and ham. This is sad.

We booked this hotel expecting to spend most of our time outside, so we didn’t mind choosing a budget option. It exceeded our expectations! The hotel is vrry clean (we even saw them steam cleaning), the breakfast is delicious, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the peaceful terrace is a lovely bonus. We also appreciated the free hot and cold water dispenser, unlike many hotels that charge for extra bottled water. They even have pingpong! Overall, a fantastic experience! (just keep in mind no free parking)
