Close to the heart of old city , cheap price No elevator in the hotel , if you have heavy luggage take into account that you may need to carry it multiple floors by yourself. Also the same goes for getting to the hotel , in the old city drivers cant drive so you need to tell them to call some number to open the gate , and georgian drivers dont like to do that . Toilet in the room was not so clean . Staff could be nicer

The room was very comfortable and beautifully designed. Also very convenient location and great communication with the hotel staff. No elevator - manageable without but good to be prepared.

Located in the old town of Tbilisi (Abanotubani) this hotel offers a great location to explore the city by foot. While maintaining the style of the old town from the outside, the inside of the hotel is renovated and modern yet still keeping the architecture and style integrated. There was nothing really for us not to like. But people need to keep in mind that this is an old building on the hillside. The road leading up to the hotel is a bit steep and inside the hotel there are only stairs taking you to the rooms on the upper floors.

The staff was super accommodating, if you are planning on getting married in Georgia this is definitely a place you should look into. The location of the hotel was excellent as well, lots of sightseeing and good food in the area. No elevators, so if you have trouble with stairs, this hotel may not be for you.

It’s one of the best hotels i ever stayed at. The location is strategic and the service is exceptional. The breakfast served was so delicious, the calmness of the neighborhood was so calming, the balcony view was nice and met our request. The place is so clean & cozy. Absolutely nothing. It was so good we didn’t want to leave.

Breakfast was just ok- not a ton of options. The hill to the hotel is quite steep and it's on a restricted street so they need to open the gate to let a car through. The gate was broken when we arrived so we had to drag our bags up the super steep hill ?

Balcony is just a backyard shared with 3 rooms. Very expensive. Long walk uphill to reach it.

Location, view , stuff , clean rooms , delicious breakfast, cats . It’s located on the old Tbilisi and comfortable in terms of the reaching to any historical places . Even though it’s on the hill , sport activity by walking up after having delicious Georgian food is a big advantage There is no lift , as it’s a small building and there is no one to help to bring a luggage upstairs. However, it’s manageable

Extremely nice and helpful staff, very accommodating, helping with every crazy request. Loved the attitude, you really feel welcome here, true Georgian hospitality :) The location and the view are also spectacular, but the people is what truly makes this place exceptional :) Note for the travellers: access is via Botanical street with closed barrier, upon arrival to the barrier you should telephone the property, they will open the barrier (watch for the barrier, otherwise the taxi driver will bring you to the neighboring street and you will have to walk through very steep narrow street and stairs with your luggage)
