The hotel is located in the old town, close to tourist attractions. Nice location, especially the restaurant. Room is clean and look better than the photos. Just 5 minutes walk to Carrefour and local stores around the area.

The hotel has a stunning view. You can watch the entire historic area from a spacious balcony. You can walk to nightlife spots. You can dine with a beautiful view on the rooftop terrace. The restaurant on the rooftop terrace isn’t very affordable. The hotel isn’t brand new, but the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

My room had an excellent view outside to the church. Beautiful night pictures. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with a stunning view to the church and old town.

Anna the receptionist was lovely and helpful. She is a credit to your business. The view from the terrace is incredible. The prices in the restaurant are a little high, and the service a little slow. Not much noise insulation from outside, was kept awake by music and a barking dog.

The breakfast is really below standard. Room was OK but on the small side. The best feature of this hotel is the restaurant on the top floor.

Visited the property in March. Location of the hotel property, convenience to travel and walk-around in old city of tbilisi, the location is wonderful and ease of access to tourist spots (surely if you are willig to walk and experience the city, culture and ambience). I would like to come back someday and stay at the same property. The property also accomodated an early check-in for us at no extra charge and the same was an appreciated gesture. Nothing much to complain about.
