It was clean Its in the center but uphill so you have to climb every time you want to go back from the city or take a taxi Also the baby crib we got was super super old

Actually it’s one of the best location in old town. The rooms are quite big and clean. The staff is very friendly.

I liked the location and view I didnt like that in my last day they tried to scam me my kids broke thier curtain and treaten me that if i wont pay they will call the police . Although the curtain falled on my in the middle of the night i even tool picture and notified the counter girl first thing in the morning, and she didn't felt suprized looks like happen before. When i came back from daybtrip before leaving the manager treaten me by calling the police When he saw i am serius he tried to sattle and asked me to pay 200gels. I fill i was scamed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Same type of breakfast options everyday. The bedsheets are kinda rough and itchy. Internet signal fluctuate most of the time.

Really great value for the price. Wonderfull staff who speaks russian and english without any problem. Great rooms, very clean and comfy, the location is right next to the city center(10-15min walk), breakfast is limited but for 4star hotel and for the price I think it's supergood

Everything Nothing

The only aspect I was disappointed with was the breakfast. Unfortunately, the quality and variety were far below expectations.

Stayed with family of 4, clean room comfirtable mattress clean blankets and pillows provided daily cleaning, water bottles, clean kettles, enough coffee and tea sachets.. TV, clean towels, clean bathroom, balcony with old town view, limited breakfast worth for the price, above all lots of sunlight wich I love inside room.. overall we had pleasant stay also my kids liked it, family friendly hotel. steep roads, missing wc shut-off? otherwise all good..

Clean and walkable The steady decline every time I stay. Not a breakfast guy, but do like a decent cup of coffee. They used to have a cappuccino option in the machine, but now just bad American coffee. Wanted to speak with the manager about the room, and she would only relay her message by phone through staff even though she was in the hotel.

Very clean and in good location with beautiful view It would be better to provide toilet shower in bathroom.

Another stay, another great time. Great, friendly staff, wonderful room, and very nice stay. I honestly dont know how anyone can write a bad review. I've been here a few times and never a bad experience. I will say one thing: how you speak to someone is probably how you are going to be spoken back to. If you give are pleasant and nice about a problem, this staff will bend over backwards to accommodate, but if you are nasty and rude, you might get the same in return. Just saying. Nothing worth complaining about.

Every time I come here it’s a great stay. Whenever I come to Tbilisi for luxury I stay here. I honestly don’t know why people complain. I have never seen anyone complaining or had a complaint myself. Staff is super friendly and breakfast is ok. I’m not a huge breakfast guy but in my opinion if you look at the price, the rooms and service alone is worth the stay. Will 1000% be back again.

A great hotel in a very good location. It offers an excellent value for money, and the overall experience was very positive. The staff at the reception were especially kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

That everything was clean and precise. The food was awful and was very old. The bread and biscuit were dangerous to eat, it was stinky. The requirements in the booking.com about the policy of children stay was pretty different. One of the rooms of ours, the hotel took 100Lari just for 3year old baby stay, which was against Booking.com web site’s hotel policy.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, great location. The wifi is erratic.
