The place is super cute and the staff was very polite. The location is very good The breakfast starts at 9, and for us was a but late.

Clean, beautiful, friendly staff, comfortable beds! A little hard to get to

Nothing, I was not able to check in as they canceled my booking at 5pm despite confirming it earlier and wishing me a great anniversary! This experience has been terrible as they have given my room to another guest. The communication from the team as they confirmed my booking and wished me a great anniversary then cancelled it on the check-in date at 5pm which caused troubles and affected me and my wife.

Location was perfect, balcony, staff, ability to fix the lock. Breakfast was pretty ok Beds were too soft that’s the main issue, nearly no soundproof but that was not that bad. Breakfast was not varied, still ok for a short stay

Despite the very friendly and hospitable staff and the calm environment, unfortunately I have to share some serious issues about my stay. First of all, I really don’t understand how this place is rated as a 4-star hotel. At best, it feels more like a basic guesthouse. The room was extremely small, to the point that there was no space to even place a suitcase properly. The shower was broken, and the bathroom itself was very small. There was no trash bin in the room. There was only one power outlet, which was not usable for both the electric kettle and the refrigerator. The refrigerator door could not be opened properly because it was blocked by a chair. On top of that, a very unpleasant cooking smell spread through the rooms and stayed for hours. Overall, I do not recommend choosing this place for accommodation.

Cool hotel, location is great

Breakfast was OK but very basic and slow. There was a problem with the kitchen staff that morning and the front desk staff took care of the breakfast. After a long night shift, they had to deal with our breakfast so thanks for that, much appreciated. Rooms are really small. And unfortunately, my room was not very clean. Especially the bathroom was not in a very good condition. Location is very good. Balcony is good but not private, you sit side by side with other guests. Front yard is also very good, however we had to dine inside because of light rain.

We stayed at the hotel for over a week. The main reason this hotel truly deserves its five-star rating—beyond its excellent central location—is the wonderful staff who created a warm, home-like atmosphere while providing five-star service and beyond. Nino, Vika, and Alexandra at the front desk took care of every request, Ia the amazing housekeeping supervisor, Angelica the chef, and the lovely Nina, along with the rest of the team—thank you all for a wonderful stay. You gave us a sense of home with the standards of a luxury hotel. Your effort and dedication are truly commendable. You prepared breakfast according to our requests, no matter what time we woke up. Free coffee and treats throughout the day, unlike many other hotels, and the charming outdoor seating area made us feel that this hotel genuinely cares about its guests. Without a doubt, we’ll return to you—and to beautiful Georgia. Thank you also to the hotel managers for the impeccable management and for choosing such an exceptional team. You are the best!!! And we’ll definitely be back.

Really nice hotel, in the middle of Tbilisi Old Town. You can walk to all the main attractions. Staff is very helpful and always available, they also helped me arranging the transfer to the hotel since my flight arrived 3am. Breakfast was plenty. Overall a great stay! Internet struggled a bit. I had to take some work calls and I had some issues but eventually the internet came back.

Charming hotel in the old city, nice breakfast and helpful staff. Tucked away down a quiet cul de sac. The rooms are small but that wasn't a problem as I was out enjoying Tbilisi all the time.

Friendly Staff. They always ready to help and serve. Though this is central heart of the city, hotel situated beetween old streets and this is not easy to reacg to hotel, There is no proper road to get to hotel, so if you have big suitcases you should think before to book this one. Also, when you walk down to and from hotel, there are places with nasty smell among these old streets. Rooms are nice as on the phototes, but bathroom very narrow and taps and stuff are not working properly.

The location is perfect ,the room is very big with a balcony but the bed is so uncomfortable and the bathroom smells so bad that you can't breath ,,breakfast is dull. Really overpriced . Overpriced ,the bathroom smells so so so bad you can't breath in the entire room,the bed is so uncomfortable and the breakfast is really dull ,no fruits ,no yogurt, no juice ,no dessert
