Very clean Well designed and maintained

The hotel location is good. That's the only good thing I have to say about this hotel. It's very weird to have a 12sqm terrace without any chair or table. When I asked the reception if I can get a chair, they told me no. The breakfast buffet is well mixed, if you want Espresso sure there's a machine. If you want Cappuccino, which is just adding steamed milk, that will cost you 12 lari, which is 2 or 3 times more expensive then any other place in the city. The staff overall are not friendly and they look like they do you a favor by having you there, and it doesn't matter they charged me $1k for a weekend, no real value for that money, for a bed and toilet I could have paid much less some place else and who knows, maybe I would even get a chair for that money. Overall a really bad experience and it's a shame because Tbilisi is a beautiful city with beautiful people, and in the middle there's this low class hotel.

The hotel has a beautiful design, and the rooms are spotless and fully equipped with everything you could need. We also enjoyed a great view. The receptionist (unfortunately I forgot her name) gave us a very warm welcome and was incredibly friendly and smiling. The breakfast could’ve be better, and coffee like espresso/cappuccino costs extra

The cleaning of the room I have reserve a Suite in Novotel Hotel in Tbilisi, and the photos showen in booking.com ( specially the belcony ) not same the hotel provided me. When I asked that, they said that photo in booking.com is for ( Terrace Suite Room ) while they gave me different Suite it is totally not fair to pay for such photos and i found out different rooms ! Pluse, how Novotel Hotel (4 Stars) has no (BellBoy), I serve my self by my self while i am paying all this amount !! I could go to 2 Starts hotels and have same poor service !!

Perfect location and very high standards

Breakfast buffet is the same daily. The property is big, whereas, it was tough to handle my luggage's since they do not have any concierge at the reception upon check in and they only had 1 luggage trolley to serve the whole guests, which is not convenient at all with such a big property and traffic upon check in, so yo very much need to handle everything by yourself in that hotel. the staff is too slow in terms of cleanness at the restaurant, although they were not much table occupied and traffic in the area but many tables were kept uncleaned for some time.

One of the better Novotels we have stayed at. Seemed new with great indoors, great rooms, comfortable beds with fresh linen, extremely friendly staff (Keto, the night manager, was very sweet and helpful). All in all a great hotel. The only drawback is its location. It is in some really darkly lit alley, not unsafe, but making it less attractive. While the Trinity Church view is good from some rooms, the location could be a deal breaker for some.

Clean and location

Nice hotel, well built, rooms designed well, comfortable mattresses, bedding is very nice as expected for Novotel hotel. Stuff is nice and all speak good English. However, they don’t rush to follow up on requests, though they would eventually.. No shower cap given, no bath robes. Have to ask for it. Room service charge 30 lari extra for delivering food. There’s no room service menu in the room or anywhere. The restaurant works only during breakfast times.

It is very difficult to find hotel staff early in the morning. We almost missed our flight. At any other time of day, the staff responded quickly and everyone was very friendly.
