the room was very cold, I had to sleep in clothes, the children froze, the staff could not do anything

The fridge in the room was more of a cooler - took forever to cool anything which was a problem with a 35 centigrade heat outside. Fortunately the AC worked like a charm <3

One of the best hostels I ever stayed. Very clean, Very comfortable, Room is not crowded. Fatima is very helpful, She helps you as much as she can. All was good.
