The staff and the location and the little pool that was natural with down to earth comfort. Stairs may not be easy for some people.

The hotel has great amenities. The stuff was superb: helpful, polite, and attentive. The swimming in the garden pool was an excellent experience The rooms were a bit shabby, but not uncomfortable

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing and beautiful with good temperature. Breakfast was up to snuff. Middle line Location. Nice water pressure in bathroom. Very nice view to the yard. Comfortable beds. My kids enjoyed the pool very much?❤️ Overalls I recommend the hotel. They clean the room once each 2 days. Some noise from the reception till midnight. No kettle in the room. Some smelling in the bathroom.

Friendly staff, nice balcony. Location is good. The smell in the room, especially bathroom. Pool is in the shadow, couldn't really enjoy it. Kindergarden right next to the hotel, noisy during day.

The hospitality! Margarita is the sweetest! ❤️ My stay at Sani Hotel was a peaceful retreat within the city. The location is convenient for exploring Tbilisi and the staff were kind and welcoming. It is near Lolita, Stamba, Wine factory and Rustaveli Ave. The pool area was a lovely bonus, perfect for relaxing after your breakfast or a day of walking. The A/C

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, available day and night. Just a 10-minute walk to Rustaveli Metro Station and close to Freedom Square Quiet street, yet central enough to explore nearby cafes, shops, and attractions. Front desk people were welcoming, warm, and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. Everything was great.

Great, very friendly staff. The pool was a plus. Took us 20 minutes to the center. Keep steep hills in mind. Overall a great recommended place!

A pleasure staying at Sani Hotel in Tbilisi - it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect for the city, a short walk from Rustaveli and the vibrant city centre. The hotel itself is a charming oasis where you feel away from the city with a beautiful garden. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and nicely furnished, offering lovely views. The hotel staff are exceptional, we received a lovely warm welcome at check-in and they were attentive to our needs and the service provided throughout my stay.  The breakfast was also a highlight—delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to each day. I highly recommend Sani Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Excellent Stay at Sani Hotel – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at Sani Hotel with my family in Tbilisi and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming. Great location and amenities- very close to really cool cafes/ shops and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. Our room was very comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out to me was the friendly and attentive staff — they were always ready to help with a smile and made me feel right at home. If you’re planning a visit to Tbilisi, I would highly recommend Sani Hotel. It’s a great value and a place I’d definitely choose again.

Room was very clean and well maintained. Overall vibe was good and balcony was very spacious. Staff, specially the lady at reception during the day was very nice and caring. Wi-Fi needs improvement. It kept disconnecting and, at times, was not available at the floor we were staying and signals coming from the floors below were very weak.

The place is 10 minutes away from Shota Rustavali so you can enjoy exploring the city centre and you can walk to the old town of Tbilisi. The Sani Hotel offered breakfast to start your day and 24/7 ☕️ station. The place is so comfortable and feels like home during my stay with great staff/owner is ready to assist during your stay. The hotel is recommended if you are a solo traveller.
