Good and helpful people working there. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Hotel was super clean Hotel has good parking space which makes it very convenient. There is nothing which I didn’t like. They had no lock on balcony door, which they say is for baby safety so that the kid doesn’t lock him or herself outside. But it was safe and we did not have any problem . If you self drive car to hotel follow hotels given link which take you to their parking. We followed Google Maps and it took us through a narrow road. ( Roads are mostly narrow , steep and one way in old town)

The cleaning hours at the hotel are not between check-in and check-out times as usual. The cleaning staff may come in to your room in the evening unless you keep the do not disturb sign on the door until late.

We stayed here twice during our stay in Georgia. The hotel is comfortable. The staff are great. They even upgraded our room on the second stay. Nothing

Everything, especially the private parking

he rooms were large and comfortable, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the rooftop restaurant with live music in the evening was a real highlight. The hotel is in a cozy neighborhood and within walking distance of everything. Highly recommended. Nothing.

I have been here for breakfast before, and this time I stayed overnight. I like their breakfast. Location is good and you can see Tbilisi from their dining room. You have to take stairs and go up the slope, and it was very difficult to catch a tax from there. I waited minutes and finally it gave up to show up. So, it is ok to stay here when you are traveling with your backpack, no suitcase to carry around.

Very hard to locate the hotel and the road leading to the hotel was small and hilly. If you are going with a lot of luggage or using a big car. Then you will have issues going to the hotel

Great location, clean and welcoming

Cleanliness, helpful staff. Bad AC. No views. Toilet was squeezed in between shower and wash area making it very uncomfortable to use. It was almost unusable.

Situated in old town, close touristy spots, restaurants and Spar (small grocery store). Breakfast was delicious with buffet options or à la carte and nice views. Large room with balcony. Nato at the front desk was super friendly and gave us great suggestions. She was wonderful. It didn’t bother us, but there is live music in the restaurant above our room until 11pm. It could bother some people who go to bed early. The hotel is also up a steep hill. Not for people with disability or out of shape.
