I highly recommend Terrace Tbilisi Center, especially for the rare benefit of private parking right in the city center where most hotels don't offer any. The location is perfect, putting you within easy walking distance of major attractions like the botanical garden and the cable car. Inside, the rooms are good quality and comfortably spacious, and the owner is always happy to assist with very quick and fast responses through WhatsApp. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi signal can be a bit slow, but everything else about the stay was excellent. Wifi signal was bit low. But manageable.

It was an amazing experience, I have stayed two different times. Staff were so helpful. Rooms were cosy and of course the location was perfect All good

Very small rooms and tight washrooms. No option for breakfast.

Location is great. Easy to find, right in the centre off the main drag and reasonably quiet for sleeping. Staff was nice - not much English but welcomed us and helped us when needed. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We felt safe. The room overlooks an abandoned building project with rubbish dumped in it. The Wifi was very slow and sometimes we gave up trying to use it. We couldn't make the A/C work even with help. The shower tray leaked and left a pool of water on the floor, sticky tape had been used to try to waterproof the edges of the shower. The toothbrush holder kept falling off the wall. I also don't like hotel owners asking me to write a fantastic review for them. If the hotel is fantastic, I will write a fantastic review. The hotel was fine for what we paid - we were happy to stay there. If you want luxury you have to pay more.

We had a really comfortable and pleasant stay at the Terrace Tblisi Center. The host was extremely kind, always checked in on us, and responded very quickly to all our questions and requests. Really appreciate the hospitality and support throughout our stay. Highly recommended :))

Staff is great And clean The room is really big and it is underground, it would really benefit from an extra window to keep the air circulating
