Good location Very very noisy. Impossible to sleep. The staff are rude. So many working in the buffet but none of them help you. What's the point of them being waiters?

Everything From the time we arrived till the time we departed. It was absolutely lovely and fascinating place with a smile and help from everyone. Actually, I couldn’t think of anything that we didn’t like.

Very nice place to stay. The location was wonderful. You can walk to anyplace in the old city. Really centrally located. A lovely breakfast. The bathtub/ shower is not really suited for someone who is handicapped or has a hard time exiting/ entering the shower. A very high step with no rail to assist getting in/out. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

Great location, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The area is full of lovely restaurants and cafés. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of fresh and tasty options.

Awesome hotel! The room was big and clean (and the floor heating in the bathroom was a great addition). The hotel is very central and close to everything by walking distance and we didn’t have to use public transportation even once. The staff was mostly nice and helpful. Really recommended! The breakfast was also really good with a variety of choices! The only issue we had was that we couldn’t control the AC in the room but they did help and gave us a radiator so it wasn’t really a problem and we even don’t think we would have mentioned it if the question was what we didn’t like :)

Had a lovely time and will be back. No early or late check-in, 0 flexibility. But bag check-in available, so half dislike.

The same happened to my friends that came with Mr Also the bed and pillows are not sleepbale Three prafum were disappear from my Suitcase in the hotel security room after one worker open for me the room and saw me put inside tom ford prafum,and asked me if it's tom ford and if it's a good one . The staff is too rude and impolite. Have no manners of talking and behaviour. Instead of checking information with their colleagues they treated them very bad. Too unprofessional receptionists and supervisors. Not recommended. Near is better hotel in 50 meters. Next time we will stay there.

The breakfast was AMAZING. My wife's favourite part. The staff was helpful, but not as kind as in some other places we've stayed at in Tbilisi. The location is amazing- right on the river and about a 5-10 minute walk to old town. The lobby was big and fancy. The baby crib was provided and was very comfortable for the baby. Our room unfortunately wasn't as big as we would have liked. We checked in late so all the good rooms were gone, but still I think they could have been a little bigger.

When I want to book at 6am I ask the lady at reception if I could book through booking.com. She said definitely yes as the offer me higher rate. After I booked and I want to check in she started to ask me for extra 500GEL for early check in and I found funny because she wanted to match her rate in way. Bed found them very strong and not comfortable.

Beautiful room, quiet surroundings, wonderful breakfast with gluten-free options, quaint, classic, and refined decor. everything says palace or 5 stars, even the beauty salon or the rooftop bar. nothing
