The room was big and comfortable, the food was great. It was smelling really bad in the bathroom all the time. The bedding didn't have mattress protector layer which was making feel a little uncomfortable about the cleanness, since we ended up on the mattress sometimes. Also it was my sons bday, while staying there, a little surprise like putting on a happy bday song maybe or just congratulating would cost nothing but feel really nice.

The hotel overall is nice but rooms are a bit small. The breakfast is quite good compared to other hotels in Georgia. If you plan to stay for multiple days then room cleaning is minimal. There will be dust on the floor and same sheets might be repeated. The faucet in the bathroom was broken.

Location was great, lots of shops for both casual needs and for souvenirs ^^ Staff was very friendly, restaurant girls as well, explained whatever we asked. Great Balcony. Thanks a lot ^^. Will stay there again. We could hear voices from upper and side rooms a little bit, but not a deal breaker

Is a great hotel, very well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location can be intimidating for beginner drivers or taxis since the entrance is in a steep hill, other than that you are near everything. A taxi can get you in less than 10 min to every important place in the city.

The Room was Spacious with 2 Bedrooms and one common bathroom but one AC at the entrance. Beds were Comfortable. Bathroom was big. Breakfast was having fresh fruits and drinks which we liked. This Hotel is located on a very elevated place hence u need to ensure that all the snacks and water, u have to take along with you after your dinner and then reach the hotel . The Card given to you to open the room was giving us a hard time as it was requiring multiple attempts with patience to open the room.

Good location a short walk away from metro with every possible shop available on the way. Breakfast had a good selection of meals. Great views from the terrace. Front desk were always available and helpful. The bathroom was brand new in great condition. AC worked without issues, helping a lot with the heat. Soft drinks in the minibar were very cheap. The rooms could be cleaner - it looks like they were not vacuumed during our stay at all, and for some reason only some of the dishes in our room were regularly washed. The entire hotel had carpeting that was not thoroughly cleaned often, or ever. Living room furniture was also quite old and unmaintained. Soft drinks in the minibar, while cheap, were not replenished during our stay - what you see at the arrival is what you get, including water. The tents at the terrace were always closed, which meant it was nearly impossible to spend any time there during summer heat. All minor issues overall, but they detract from the experience.

The stuff was kind and helpfully. The room was clean and the equipment is modern. The room has big terrace its a perfect place for the morning tea/coffee. The breakfast was tasty even I ( I am vegetarian ) found anything for a proper breakfast

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, making the stay especially relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive — they kindly allowed me to check out a few hours later at no extra charge. The room was clean and cozy, with a soft and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I also had dinner at the hotel — the food was excellent and served quickly. Huge thanks for the warm welcome and outstanding service! -
