Good location. Nice room. Lovely staff. Easy check in and out I didn’t mind it but from my room you could hear the pub next door

A very unique hotel with no two rooms the same. Very nice staff. A great breakfast.

Incredible location and property offers plenty of space and lots of charm. Excited to see a lovely internal facing garden terrace to enjoy on sunny days! Wasnt an issue for me, assume ceck0in window could expand for outside hours arrival.

The desk is not staffed 24/7. This did not cause problems for us. But it is something to be aware of when booking.

Honestly, since the experience started already verry negatively, where as I didn't see anything positive anymore. Aside from facilities being up to dated to the modern time Since we had a late check IN arrival it was mentioned that we should receive an code to enter the premises. After nearly an hour waiting outside and several times of contact we were thankfully inside. Since it was a late night and been waiting so long outside , we planned to take a long nice shower. Doing this we noticed water poorly goes down the drain. Due to this we open the drain and see it was full of hair. Because of this we curiously checked around. There are dust and hair everywhere in the room. As if this room has not been cleaned or used in weeks. Under the bed was horrifying. A layer of dust, balloon and even towel or sock underneath. The water kettle has Lime scale and water spaters. The koffie machine has still its drippings Dust was literally everywhere. Breakfast unfortunately was also on the low side. My scrambled egg was placed on a metal saucer which is even smaller than my coffee cup. Even saw a spider. Luckily I am not afraid of spiders but for those guests who are well double check your room first before you sleep, otherwise they might crawl with you while you sleep

Breakfast buffet and tables are right outside of the room. Noise started early in the morning (6am) for setting up and soon after people were eating at the tables. Chairs moving, dishes and such noises were quite loud and echoed in the room. This was the ONLY downfall.

The was a mouse or rat scratching the wall and the roof and trying to get out from the AC holes and was so annoying at night

Rooms are gorgeous, very well designed. So is the entire place - pretty and functional. Great shower/bathroom, too. Nice service, good vibes, can't say anything bad there. Airco would have been better, I'm usually warm at night, but it wasn't a big downside.

Spacious room with a wonderful large and modern bathroom and a small private courtyard. Superb job done by housekeeping on all days of our stay. A unique feature of the suite we stayed in was the windows looking into the neighboring Irish pub - this didn't affect the privacy of the room or the quality of sleep in any way (the noise levels were not too high and the pub would close quite early for a pub) but actually added an extra charm to the space in the evening hours. Last but not least, all the staff members we interacted with were professional and attentive. The breakfast area felt basic in comparison with the room but breakfast itself was good, especially the small selection of cook to order options. Some extra hangers in the room would have been nice, as there was no wardrobe or a shelf for clothes, only a rack.

The hotel was in a good location with many shops, restaurants, etc. it was also close to the tram line so easy to get around. Room was large and was able to accommodate an extra bed. The AC light is bright so kept us up. Did not provide hair conditioner. The shampoo/body soap is harsh for hair. Lotion bottle pump did not work. Cleaning person should check those things.

Excellent location, great staff, yummy breakfast. A large room with a lot of personality. A little noisy because of the pub next door, but they close rather early so not a big deal

We had a great stay at De Salon. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The availability of a mini fridge was helpful for our longer stay. The location is ideal for walking or biking in the city. It was easy for us to check-in after hours and the reception was very responsive. The courtyard looked inviting but the weather wasn't quite warm enough during our visit. If you're looking for a quiet and comfortable accommodation look no further. The internet was a bit spotty for streaming by the bed in our room but it still worked and we had no trouble with it elsewhere in the room.

it was just what they promised in adv. : Boutique , very boutique indeed. we've got nice large room with big windows to garden. bathroom was luxurious. breakfast very good. location just perfect. missing glass door to shower - all bathroom floor wet when showering! other minus was little a bit too soft bed. then would like to have staff be on there also night times. little a bit scary to be left alone.
