The location No really clean, there was a package of biscuits under the bed, and dust as well. The air condition was not working and the room was very warm.

The location, friendly staff and spacious rooms were good. Overall excellent. The floor was not clean, we could feel the dust while walking (not vacuumed). The air cooling was not effective for one night. Later it was fixed and was good for second night.

I like the room, the facilities are good and genrally clean. The room is not properly vaccum, the blanket looks like it has been use without washed. The kettle and the fridge are dirty.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for 12 nights, and while there were some high points, our overall experience was impacted by persistent maintenance issues. On the positive side, the location is absolutely perfect. Being in the heart of the city meant we had seamless access to all transportation and shops, which made our trip incredibly convenient. I want to give a special shout-out to the staff. Their hospitality was truly memorable—they went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even offering my kids free Fanta, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture that really stood out to us. For the duration of our entire stay, the AC unit was dripping water. Despite reporting this issue, it was never addressed or repaired. To make matters worse, the temperature control failed entirely for our last two nights, leaving our room uncomfortably hot and making it very difficult for us to sleep. I truly hope management addresses these maintenance concerns, as the high level of service from the staff deserves to be matched by a properly maintained facility.

Location is very nice, smack in the center, walking distance from the main shopping area and several nice restaurants. the room had no windows, suits me just fine as i like a dark bedroom, good working airconditioner is a must nowadays too. Brilliant was the deal they have with the closest Qpark garage.. when pre-booked this is a smoking deal compared to other garages. there is no breakfast.

The only best take away from this hotel is the caring staff. However, given the dictatorial and incompetent management of the property the staff are unable to help you to improve or upgrade your living condition without approval from the management. The room does not have a window. And this rases a lot of questions related to your health and safety conditions. The room is pitch black once the light is off. There is no escape routes in case of any emergency such as fire or any other crises. The primary question is why Booking.com has a partnership with such hotels and upholds the terms and conditions placed by this hotel and offers this hotel to millions of its clients. The management refused to change the room to the one with window. I asked the hotel staff many times on a daily basis to look into the issue and let me move in to another room. However, there were nothing they could do since the manager, who supposedly was on a vacation, rejected the plea. Nevertheless, the hotel staff were ready to change my room if had paid extra EUR 200+ for a similar room with a window. They called it an "UPGRADE". My main questions is since when the window became an subject for an UPGRADE and spiculation? I am sorry to write/mention it but the prison cells have windows. It is our (guests) fundamental rights to have facilities with basic amenities that include window/s. They hotel staff kept reminding that so called "No window" message was in the options offered. People most of the time are busy before the travel and may not pay attention to such things. And expecting the the hotel you are paying a considerable amount of money will not have a window. According the staff they had issues with people who were claustrophobic and had to rush out of the room and ask for another one. So, the hotel provided rooms with windows and demanded extra payment for such favor emphasizing that this was an "UPGRADE". What a hypocrisy! I would understand it if the room rate was inferior or I had to stay only one night as an emergency. The worse this is that I could not check out and move in to another hotel because the would charge the whole amount anyway. I felt if a was a hostage of this hotel.
