Nice place, close to city center and train station, trams galore nearby. Toilet brush was missing, bathroom was raised and required a step up.

The location Nothing really. I only think that the properly can get a renovation. For example we had a sofa in our room, but it was broken. The mirror in our room also looked very old, but overall we had a very good stay, so I cannot complain.

The location is great and clean, some of the staff are good and some are not, and the place is comfortable, quiet, and has a beautiful view. Imagine, upon arrival, I asked them to check in at midnight, but they refused, saying 3 PM, even though it said 5 nights. Now, one night has passed, making it 4. And imagine, upon checkout, they told us to check out at 12 PM instead of midnight! So, I calculated it as 3 nights instead of 5, and I was shocked to find that my friend and I had to pay 65 (currency unspecified). I don't understand why.

Requested 5 single beds for two rooms, upon arrival we were given a single bed and double bed / 2nd room double bed Staff told us 2 of the rooms with single beds were booked up Then manager was called and sorted out our request for 1 room Room cleanliness not the best , pillowcase with lipstick and chocolate marks on
