In the city center. Spacious shower and cozy atmosphere in the room. Very good breakfast.

The staff was responsive and problem solved as best as possible. It's a unique hotel if you prefer to be in a city center. The rooms were clean. We didn't have the best room experience unfortunately. Our 1st room was beautiful and felt pretty luxurious based on our standards for people who don't stay in hotels very often. We did pay for an upgrade that they offered us before we arrived. Unfortunately, it was a Friday night and there was a bar nearby that played very loud music. The staff kindly moved us to a new room on a quieter side of the hotel, but the room was definitely more dated than the other room and simply not as nice. It didn't feel like we were getting the same quailty for the upgrade we paid for. The staff offered to move us again, but we only had two more days, so we just didn't want to pack up again. It is a nice hotel, we just didn't have the most positive experience.

Extremely comfortable beds, great air conditioning system, blackout blinds, we slept really well here. Centrally located and easy to get around the city. The bike rentals were great for exploring, good breakfast. Staff overall didn't really seem friendly. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready so we explored the area a bit. We came back right before check-in time and the same man was at the front desk but didn't acknowledge us. We decided to wait in the lobby area until our room was ready. We were exhausted from travel and after a while went back up to the desk to see if it was ready and he said it was, so it sort of felt like it may have been ready earlier and we would have appreciated if he had remembered us and come to let us know the room was ready rather than us waiting around in the lobby. The cleanliness of the room is questionable. I had sort of noticed it when we first arrived, I questioned if the room was actually thoroughly cleaned, but it seemed fine. A few days later when they cleaned the room, they placed a pair of used underwear on top of my belongings. I notified them immediately that they were not mine and had obviously been missed from the previous guest. The hotel didn't remove them or respond for a day, by the time they did they offered a free drink. I was really disgusted at the fact that someone else's used underwear was placed on my belongings and I had to move them into the trash, and the hotel really didn't do anything about it. I was so excited for this hotel and I do think they did some things really well, but overall it fell short of my expectations.

Some rooms on 3 floor have small windows, feels like basment room. The staff changed room as soon as we asked and were very helpful.
-
The king size bed took up almost all of the room. There was no chair or desk. In the bathroom there was only a light on one side of the mirror, making it difficult to shave on the unlit side.
-
Very cool inside I pulled back my comforter to go to bed and there was a cleaning rag in my bed It took me by surprise It was clean so I just put it on the floor and went to bed I did tell the front desk in the morning

Saturday night was noisy outside from the surrounding bars.
-
The wi-fi was on the slow side.

Most beautiful hotel, amazing location, the best night sleep ever Nothing

The location was super fantastic Rooms are too small, no facilities like swimming pool gym, etc. I stayed in a room, which smells alcohol and I am not a drinker

The staff was excellent. We got great recommendations from the front desk staff. The breakfast was fantastic. The location is very convenient near shops and restaurants. We had a Juliet balcony on an alley which had people going by late at night and making more noise than we would have liked. It woke us up a couple times. We still really enjoyed our stay. The black out curtains were excellent.

The location was great within walking distance of the shopping and restaurant areas. The only downside is parking and the difficulty of getting your bags to the hotel. For at one kilometer it is walking only with no roads to the hotel so if you have a lot of bags you got to carry them from the parking garage to the hotel.
-
Very beautiful hotel and central location.
-
The breakfast is super expensive for what is essentially a fancier continental breakfast. We would skip the breakfast next time, there's many wonderful brunch places nearby for a fraction of the cost.
-
This is an awewome hotel - unique, great location, great breakfast, great staff and new and modern facility with great rooms.
-
The hotel is beautiful and the room exceptional. We enjoyed wandering the hotel to find the eccentric and fascinating art throughout every hidden corner. The staff went above to fulfill every need.

Great location. Great interior design.

It was unexpectedly loud even though on a pedestrian square.
