The location and room view WiFi was bad

Only moan was rooms could need shower mats, as really slippery.

On a really nice, quieter beach. Clean, functional rooms with good air-con and comfortable beds. With a decent restaurant and amazing coconut smoothies! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Also the beach massages were amazing!!!!! Nothing

I probably wouldn’t choose this resort a second time. The beach is very nice and definitely the highlight, but it gets quite crowded during the day. The rooms were okay—nothing special, but acceptable for the stay. Unfortunately, the surrounding area of the resort felt a bit unkempt and gave off a somewhat rundown vibe, which affected the overall atmosphere. On the positive side, the location by the beach is beautiful if that’s your main priority.

The location on Crystal Bay is a standout particularly if you’re looking for a sheltered, safe beach for young children. The villas are in need of some TLC. The photos are misleading and should be subject to some quality control. The showers were unreliable both in pressure and temperature and the surrounding gardens needed attention. Also there was just one cashier for the bar and restaurant making for slow service during meal times. Unlike most places breakfast is not provided, the menu is very limited and there are no alternatives close by other than 7/11. Having travelled extensively in Thailand for the past 15 years I consider this property poor value for money, location being the redeeming feature.

The beach view villa is very basic with little privacy; we moved to a Seaview/pool in the new section on the hill which was lovely. The food at the restaurant was very good and loved watching the fire show, I had the best Thai Beef Salad there of the whole trip. Looking back at the resort at night, looks lovely. This place is obviously undergoing renovations it has a way to go to make the place appealing with tidiness and gardens etc. Can't fault the staff, they were great. The rubbish everywhere. I understand there was a very high tide for 3 days, the staff would clean the beach each morning but only up to the start of the restaurant, the amount of rubbish washed up in that section and under the day beds was unbelievable, lots of rubbish floating in the sea right in front. 2nd gripe was having to ask the staff to come and clean away dirty plates, glasses, discarded nappies from the pool area, very messy.

Perfect location. 2BR units are great for families It was under constructions and the pool area was not great to be. We could hear the noise from the rooms. There was a planned power break for a full day The minimum was to inform us earlier while we booked the place

Perfect little cove with everything we needed for a family holiday. Lovely food at the restaurant, good variety. Beach is gorgeous with good snorkeling. Comfortable rooms and friendly helpful staff.

The location on Crystal Beach was good. It It would have been a fantastic hotel in it's day, but is getting very run down. My wife experienced food poisoning from the Coconut Shrimp soup. immediately after eating (she never gets sick). I brought it to the attention of the resturant manager later that evening. He showed minimal empathy, stating their food preparation practices were top notch (made me wonder how this might be the case, when the rest of the resort was run down and neglected). He then suggested I go to 7-11 to get some medication....sheesh!

We stayed at Crystal Bay Yacht Club twice during our month trip as we loved the location right on the beautiful crystal beach ?️ First time we had a standard bungalow near the pool and the second time we stayed in a hillside bungalow- both were comfortable and modern with a large tv and good standard bathroom. The resort restaurant is right on the beach and offers a large menu with vegan and gluten free options and the staff were helpful altering meals for me! Pretty tasty food and was a great option for chilled dinner at the room when we had a chilled night ? There are 5 cabanes for customer use along the beach front which were a great addition and we used a lot! Would recommend visiting the Lamai night market ( we went Fridays but I think it’s on most nights) which has amazing food stalls (including a vegan Thai street food stand!), shops and live music. Would stay again! Thank you ?

Location excellent Hotel was a bit tired

Great location. We had a lovely view of the pool and beach. Beds were comfy. Loads of room. Really clean. The breakfasts worked well for us as the children were able to eat for free, plus 10% discount applied as we were guests.
