Pretty much everything, super central location, 1min walk to the station, got a bunch of convenience stores(7-11,Family mart, Lawson) super easy cleaning requests.

Fantastic location - cross the road and you are at JR Akihabara station. Poor value. For the price, the rooms were extremely meh and there are very few extra perks. Breakfast is very pricey for the slim offerings.

The third bed wasn’t really a bed and it was making all sorts of creaking noises so nobody could sleep and we had to just end up sharing a bed.

excellent location and spacious room having to do things myself through a computer, also delivering luggage was stressful, but not because of the staff who were very kind but because of the sagawa wrong translations in their website form

I really like the centralized location, as well as how close to the train station that Akihabara Washington Hotel was located. Super easy to find, shopping nearby, and lots of food options within easy walking distance or a short train ride away. I would have liked it more if breakfast was already included with the cost. Although it was a good place to stay for it's value, I felt it would have been much better if breakfast was actually included in the cost you were already paying, rather than an additional cost.

Close to JR and Subway just a one minute walk. The front staff is so friendly and willing to help without being asked. She help me to proceed self-check in and register hotel membership. Check-in from 14.00 pm while many hotels is 15.00 pm. The self-service luggage room provided. None

It was at walking distance from Akihabara Station, very convenient to explore Tokyo by yourself. As a solo traveler this is a very safe area and have Uniqlo, 7-Eleven, and Don Quijote at walking distance as well, perfect to grab snacks and shop.

The location is really excellent if you are looking to stay in the Akihabara area. Very close to the station, and shopping in Electric Town, etc. This station is large enough to get you to a lot of other areas smoothly, but not so huge as Shinjuku station....so you don't get overwhelmed. The beds are pretty comfortable, but not amazing. I wish they had a noon checkout benefit for "club members".

Great vibrant location right next to Electric town, many stores and Akihabra station that is well connected to the rest of the city. Generally good room even though a bit outdated. Good stuff, wifi and air conditioner The blanket doesn’t have a cover, it doesn’t feel clean.
