I like everything about it: The room was super clean and maintained, great staff, free essentials, the location is exactly right and the vibe. I will definitely be back next time.

    nothing.

I loved the hotel, it was beautiful and they had an adorable greeting robot. They have lotion, toothbrushes, facemasks, etc in the lobby which is great. They don't clean the room every day which I personally prefer, but they cleaned approximately 4 times in my 7 night stay. They bring fresh towels and water bottles every day. I thought the location was great, quiet and calm, but close walking distance to all the interesting akihabara streets,

Great location, close to the train station, easy to get around and also quiet at night. Lots of food options within a walking distance, as well as a seven eleven There's no washing machines at the hotel, but there is a place a few mins walk

Breakfast was good, nothing too outstanding though, the hotel has a small restaurant where they serve a buffet breakfast with both japaness and western options. Also, since the building is next to a river, the restaurant has a good view of it which gives to the place a good and relaxing vibe. Beside being quite close to the train tracks, the room had good sound isolation, so the outside noise was not a problem. The free wifi worked fine and we didn't have any issues with it. The room was rather small (at least the one we were in), but we felt comfortable in it. We traveled with two carry-on cases, and later we bought a third one and didn't have any issue opening them in the room. Bathroom was clean and modern. Finally, in the hotel's lobby there is a free coffee machine and a microwave that all guest can use, also they provide free complimentary stuffs like tea bags, hair vitamins, moisturizing face mask, bath salts, etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we think it is a recomendable choice. The rooms are cleaned once every three days, although they provided clean towels and complementary free water bottles every day.

Everything was really good, so it is hard to nail down specifics. I'd say the best thing was the pillows. We saw something similar at a store in Shinjuku for $300 each. They are awesome. The bed was also firm which is a godsend compared to the overly soft mattress in most US hotels, so no back pain in the morning. There were tons of little things available to borrow to help if someone forgot to pack them like a phone charger, curling iron, etc. The place was immaculately clean and was really well thought out in terms of storage and features, so despite the room being small, it was easily manageable with 2 big suitcases. Location was really good; very close to multiple trains, restaurants, and stores. It's just off the river on a small street, so there is very little noise from the main road. It was so good that I would have to channel my inner "Karen" to have anything to say. "There was a packet of coffee in the room to make coffee on the first night, but they only clean every 4 nights, so no new coffee packets in between. The lobby has a coffee machine though and extra toiletries available, so a very minor inconvenience. " So yeah, that's about as harsh as I can be.

The hotel is very conveniently located near a major train station. Like most hotel rooms in Japan it was a bit small, but it was very comfortable. The rooms were also extremely sound proof, I didn’t have issues hearing any neighbors or construction sound from a building across the way.

My favorite stay in Japan has been Hotel Resol Kyoto Kawaramachi Sanjo, so I wanted to try another Resol Hotel in another city and I have to say, they did not disappoint. The location is great! The staff is helpful and Check-In and Check-Out is easy. The rooms are also clean. It's very interesting to see how different the design was from the Kyoto Branch. Since this hotel is located in Tokyo, I expected the room to be way smaller and it was indeed very tiny. I was traveling with my parents and we had one double and one single room. I was not able to fully open my big suitcase so, if you have a lot of luggage it's gonna be a little difficult with space but that's normal in Tokyo. I cannot say anything about their breakfast buffet personally, but my parents didn't really enjoy it because they didn't have many Japanese options and almost only served Western style breakfast, which was just okay. There are many restaurants and cafés near, so there's actually no need to book breakfast. All in all tho, I would definitely stay here again!

Riverside view was amazing location to food was perfect me and my wife hope the staff enjoyed the Kit Kats from Sacramento California I only got one hair oil pod in the lobby on the first day of the trip but it’s okay it did wonders for my hair I need to order some to the states soon

Fair price The rooms were extremely bare bones and basic. Spartan and functional with comfort at a minimum.

The staff was very nice, it was clean and pretty well equipped. The best feature was the excellent location. The room was very small and cramped, but the biggest problem we had were extremely loud banging and grinding noises coming from the construction site accross the street. Surprisingly, the construction work was still going on long after midnight. I can't fault the Hotel or the staff for that, because they had nothing to do with it, but it was still quite annoying and robbed us of our sleep.

Check in was smooth, a great area near Akihabara! There was construction across the water , but the hotel would give you ear plugs if requested. As someone that stayed facing it I did not really notice it once my air conditioning was on! The hotel is clean, great area, lots to do around, there's a sign in the lobby that tells you roughly how far you are from airport ect. Oh and if you like robots there is one wandering around the lobby. Wish the room was a smidge bigger or better laid out, I moved the chair to another wall with the little table so we could get our bags in comfortably.

Close proximity to the train station making it easy to travel around. Akihabara has many good shopping and dining options. The property was nicely located on the river with views of the Tokyo tower. The room was small but efficient. Liked that there were dresser drawers to unpack your clothes Construction across the river mainly at night. Made it difficult to keep the window open.

Loved that the hotel include pijamas and chargers for our electronics.

The hotel was great - good location, comfortable room, and everything was well organized and clean. The breakfast was a bit overpriced, but it was convenient!

  • Engine customer May 2026

    Nothing much really

  • Engine customer May 2026

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and was close to the main touristy shopping areas. Was fairly easy to find, and about a 10-15 minute walk to Akihabara Radio Kaikan and the nearby station. Check-in was easy, staff were friendly and they provided us with towels to wipe down ourselves and our stuff as we came in on a rainy day. They asked to hold onto our luggage after check-out which was great since we had some time to burn before our flight home. Bed was large enough for two, although space in the room in general was pretty tight. We stayed in 2 other hotels during our stay which were more spacious. I don't believe this location had a washing/drying machine and it was a bit of a walk to the nearest convenience store.

    The pillows

  • Engine customer May 2026

Nothing, place was great. Maybe towels every day is a bit much but maybe every other day

  • Engine customer May 2026

The staff were very kind and allowed us to check in early after a long flight. The room was well-maintained, with fresh towels and bottled drinking water provided daily. The location was also great—close to the train station, with a lively and safe neighborhood. The room was not very big, but I suppose it was spacious enough by Japan standards.
