Sakura Cross Hotel Akihabara

Traveled to Tokyo with my family of 4 during July 2026. I found it kind of hard to find one room accommodations for my family size. Most hotels required us to book two separate rooms. We were so glad to find Sakura Cross hotel in Akihabara and the room was more than enough space to fit our family and all of our luggage. I especially loved that there was an extra futon, pillows, blankets if we needed it. The room was also nice and cool which was so appreciated during the hot weather. The hotel was also super conveniently located between all the trains/metros and walking distance to so many food options and entertainment in the Akihabara district, which is a huge plus for my kids. Thank you! We will definitely be back! Nothing to comment. We loved everything!

The location is perfect. In five minutes all the lines are reachable. A hidden gem, Akihabara area, mainly missed by all visitors, 5 minutes walking ? The room is very small and that was a known fact and acceptable but the problem was the air conditioning. We tried to adjust during the night to avoid direct blowing. Unfortunately was not possible due to the small room.

The room size

The location was perfect for a weekend trip in the city. We had a problem understanding how to turn on the air conditioning in our room and the staff quickly arrived to help us fix it and even went above and beyond to bring us an air purifier due to the rain. Highly reccomend staying here! Check in and check out was clearly explained and very simple!

The Hotel is offering a relativ big room if you compare it to other hotels in the Tokyo area. Located between the Kanda and Akihabara station traveling from the hotel to other locations is very conviniend. Nice staff and clen rooms.

It was a super convenient location to metro, supermarket, attractions, etc. And the beds were very comfortable. It was a small room for 6 people.

Location is great near access to train stations shops and Akihabara Main Street, room was really great Is a bit noisy sometimes of the day or night is right in one of the main roads with lots of traffic, and to make it worse people in the floor above was very noisy they stomped hard every time they walked and you can really heard them all the time

The location is great and the room and toilet and bathroom are spacious. Difficult to climb the loft bed because of steel stairs. Could have changed it to wooden steps.

Would have been nice to have a microwave and a freezer. My kids were picky eaters and eat at various times. Location should have provided pots and pans since it had a stove.

Good location near shinjuku line station and akihabara We got room on the second floor with was very noisy and uncomfortable. You can't open a window because of the noise and you can't breathe in the room.

We loved this hotel! It was close to many subway lines. Very comfortable bed, we slept so well! My family of 4 thought the room was a great size. No storage for clothing. It was tricky with suitcases for 4. There was 1 small closet but we couldn’t easily get to it.

The linens and the bed were so comfortable, amazing sleep! We had no issues with noise, the sleep was pretty good. The place had a great location and was quite good value. The room we stayed in was a bit small. To be clear, the size was specified at the time of booking; we just didn't pay attention to it, and it fit all of our needs.
