JR WEST GROUP VIA INN AKIHABARA

We were able to get the booking with 2 beds for 4 days and the price was reasonable giving that majority of places were offering one bed for same price. It worked for us. After being in Yokohama in a similar cost hotel, I felt the room was much much smaller. I usually check underneath the beds to see if they vacuum and it was dirty and dusty. Everything else appeared to be clean. I always bring my own sanitizing wipes and wipe down everything. I didn't like the self check-in because I like to deal with people. They should make that an option because I was having a little difficult time checking in.

Super spacious.

Great room, really well equipped, and spacious bathroom. Beds were comfortable and view of Tokyo was lovely! The staff were also super helpful and accommodating: they helped us to send our luggage on to the next hotel so we didn’t have to carry it on the Shinkansen with us. Great clean room, in a quiet but well-located area! The elevators were quite slow, so be prepared to wait for them.

The proximity to the rail meant the room was far from quiet.

Close to station, great breakfast, good service. The breakfast is expensive but you can definitely eat the money’s worth. Restroom was small

Room is little bit tight for two people with luggages. Booked non-smoke room, however pillow and duvet were smell badly, even after replaced. But on 2nd day, not smell any odor after they did room cleaning. Thanks for making change quickly.

Bidet/heated toilet seat (standard for Japan). View (21st floor). Breakfast a good value just for coffee. Location (Akahabara) in the middle of many options for dinner, trains. Size of room - I need to pay attention to this in the future, having a bed shoved against the wall and no plugs on both sides is a detriment for a couple. No chair or other place to sit (stools don't count). No closet; luggage holder is half-size for one suitcase. No bars in bathroom

Good location, short walk to shopping and station. Grocery store on first floor. beds were comfortable but small. They had no coffee in room or at reception area. Lots of construction in the area.

Great location and price. The bed was comfortable and larger than expected. Highly recommend.

Very good hotel, the amenities was amazing. They greet me every time I entered. 10/10 service. I would highly recommend if you are looking for an hotel near Akihabara. 7 min walk to Akihabara and 30 min train ride to airport. N/A

Location Check out too early. Charge 2000 yen extra and still had to be out for 11am

Toilet and bathroom is the biggest so far. Location is very good and staff is kind, always smiling and saying goodbye and welcome. Not spacious enough to put your baggage. Only 2 elevators for 300 rooms is not enough, sometimes you’ll have to wait. Internet is unstable, sometimes perfect sometimes you can’t even connect to the router (especially if you’re using an iPhone)
